My partner and I spent a total of 4 months at the apartment, and it was certainly a home away from home. The apartment has all of the necessary things to live comfortably, it is very close to multiple public transportation routes, located in between 2 beautiful parks and has various good restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries around it. The communication with the host was very effective, quick, but overall, there were no problems at all. Thank you for the stay! I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Prague, if the Old Town is too loud and full of people for you, but you still want to be a short distance away.

This apartment felt like home to me, I really enjoyed my stay here. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, the bed are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well set up for cooking. Also, the location! This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Prague. The apartment is a block away from a beautiful park, plenty of cafes, and cute bars. You can really feel the history of Prague here. Also Veronika is such a wonderful person, great host, very responsive. I would love to come back!

Our four-month stay in Jan’s beautiful apartment was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation has everything needed to live comfortably (high-speed internet connection for work remotely without a problem) and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent public transport connections, including tram and metro. There are supermarkets nearby and plenty of parks and natural areas, which were perfect for enjoying time outdoors with our baby. Despite the harsh winter, the apartment was always warm and maintained a very comfortable temperature. Whenever we needed anything, Jan and his family were always kind, helpful, and supportive. We are truly grateful to Jan and his family for their hospitality and care during our stay. We will genuinely miss our life in Prague and the time we spent in this apartment, which really felt like home. We leave with wonderful memories and a lot of gratitude. Thank you.

Měla jsem možnost bydlet v tomto bytě a je teda pravda že jsme se loučili s těžkými srdcem 😁☺️ a byla to opravdu moc příjemná zkušenost. Byt je útulný, čistý a najdete v něm všechno potřebné. Největší plus ale byla paní majitelka – vždycky milá, ochotná a kdykoli bylo potřeba, okamžitě poradila nebo pomohla. Díky tomu jsme se tu cítili jako doma. Bydlení můžeme s radostí doporučit všem, kdo hledají pohodlné místo a férový přístup. 🌸 Za nás určitě bude doporučení všude ☺️♥️.

It was a very clean location and the way to the City Center via Metro line A is shorter than expected. I Highly recomend this location

We had a wonderful stay in Prague and lived in this apartment for more than four months while on exchange. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish, and the entire experience was easy and stress-free. The neighborhood is lovely quiet, safe, and full of great restaurants and cafés, while still being very close to the city center. The location is a huge plus, with Charles Bridge, Petřín Hill, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars all within easy reach. Dominika was an excellent host. Any small issues that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, making both the move-in and move-out process seamless. We also stayed through the winter, and the apartment was well insulated and comfortable. The only minor downside was the bathroom, which had a thin wall and could feel a bit cold, but this was a very small issue overall. The flat has everything you need for both short and long stays a well equipped kitchen, proper cutlery, and all the essentials. My girlfriend and I would absolutely recommend this apartment, especially for students or anyone staying in Prague for an extended period.

A well-located and cozy apartment. This property is located on Dlouha, in the city center, a few steps away from Naměstí republiky, and a short walk from the old town square or the riverside. Groceries, restaurants, and many other amenities can be found nearby. Tram and bus stop and a subway station are nearby. The apartment itself is quite comfortable and well furnished. The only negative that I recall was a rather slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, but for casual use it should be sufficient. Communication with the host was very smooth.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, close to Prague Castle, parks, main tram lines, etc. Jan-Georg is an exceptional landlord, always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The Petrof grand is a very fine instrument that Jan-Georg was kind enough to have tuned in advance. Highly recommended.

The apartament is really nice, communication is really great, though I was really missing an elevator. The building could easily have one of those you enter from outside and it gets you inside to your floor. It doesn't have any. But the apartament was comfortable, easy to clean after yourself, everything functioned well, communication was top, easy to find solutions. Owners were attentive. I really cant complain. I would happily come again.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. The host was very helpful and always responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The place was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was calm and quiet, perfect for resting, yet the transport connections were excellent and got us everywhere we needed to go quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back.

Very good accommodation

We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all. The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this apartment for 28 nights during winter and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent right in the center of Prague, everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very warm, with good heating, which was important during winter. It is well suited for a longer stay, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A wonderful, bright apartment with a truly cozy, home-like atmosphere and a stylish,modern interior. From the very first moment, everything was perfectly prepared for living. It felt as if I had already lived there for a long time. From clean bed linen and towels to tea, laundry capsules, and even hand cream, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host provided all the necessary information in advance, including clear instructions for the household appliances as well as recommendations on places to visit in Prague. She was always happy to help, responded quickly to messages, and made the stay especially comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for a longer period while working in Prague, and therefore truly appreciated the high level of comfort. The apartment is very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and a calm atmosphere. The neighbours are friendly and respectful, which makes the living experience even more pleasant. Thanks to the air conditioning system, the apartment offers a pleasant indoor climate both during hot summer days and cold winter weather. In summer, the window overlooking the garden adds a special charm to the space. The location is very convenient: public transport is just a minute away, the city center is easy and quick to reach, and if you have time, you can enjoy a lovely walk to the center along the promenade. There are also small shops and cozy cafés nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will be happy to return to my “Prague home” whenever I visit this beautiful city again.
