Happy with my stay at this flat; bed was comfortable and kitchen had the essentials. Fantastic location close to all essential amenities (groceries, public transport). Also, there was several group classes gyms within walking distance. Teresa/Marisa were responsive and helpful hosts.

I LOVED this apartment, it felt so homey and like it was my own. It's an older apartment and could use a little upgrade especially in the bathroom, toilet specifically. You had to flush 2-3 times for anything to go down completely.

The location of the apartment is wonderful and very peaceful. the neighborhood is friendly and safe.
If this apartment would have come with an washing machine it would have been the ultimate apartment and I would have rated it a 10 even with it needing the upgrades.

I hope to one day come back and rent this apartment again, I lived there for 3 months and it was the most beautiful experience I have had in a long time. Luz is like living in a beautiful fairytale land!

I had a wonderful stay here in Budapest. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The building was quiet, making it easy to relax after exploring the city.

The people were friendly, professional, and responsive throughout my stay. Communication was smooth, and any questions were answered promptly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily recommend to anyone looking for comfortable, centrally located accommodation in Budapest. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is very nice, spacious and well situated for an advantageous price thanks to the proximity of the rail tracks (which weren't too much of an inconvenience). Particularly attractive to foreign visitors and families. Owners were extremely nice, always making sure we felt welcomed and had everything we could possibly need. When we had a tiny water leak due to a particularly severe rain episode, they even offered to rent a replacement property for us with their own funds. 100% recommend!

Jan was a wonderful host! I could not be happier with how the experience was. The flat is recently renovated and very cozy and comfortable, a perfect place to stay with the added benefit of a host who left some home made jam to be enjoyed. Those details really make a difference!

Amazing location near the centre in quiet neighbourhood. The flat is incredibly functional and well designed. Katila, is an amazing host, she is reactive by message and welcoming. You feel at home instantly, we had a wonderful stay.

Note: The neighbour is quite particular and will not hesitate to complain for noise made in the patio during the evening (past 9:00 PM).

Marina was a very good host. She responded quickly and took care of anything that needed fixing in a timely manner. She was available throughout my stay to answer any questions I had.

This was an exceptionally pleasant stay.

The apartment is in an amazing location, in the charming stone city centre with a lot of historical attractions just steps away, with a lot of supermarkets 2,3 mins away, and close to the beach of Sibenik. Despite the extreme heat waves, the apartment stays cool and pleasant; the AC is almost not necessary. The apartment is very clean, totally renewed and has everything needed for a monthly or longer stay, and it is very cozy. Also amazing value for the price.

The host is very kind and helpful, one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with in my countless travels. My every question got answered promptly and in detail, and they are overall very nice and accommodating people.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and will come back as soon as my travel plans allow.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. All the appliances were modern, worked perfectly, and made my stay very convenient.

The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after work while still being well connected to the city.

The host was also outstanding. Communication was always easy, fast, and friendly, and they were consistently available to answer any questions or help whenever needed.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
