We had a fantastic stay in this apartment right in the heart of Budapest. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, including major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.

The apartment itself is spacious and very well maintained. With three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our group. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

What really stood out was the excellent service. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer questions or give recommendations.

Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in central Budapest. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location, perfect for a couple or small family. Istvan was easy to communicate with and a helpful host. Mostly a quiet spot even given the central location. The apartment has everything you’d need to feel at home.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower was huge, separated from the rest of the bathroom, and had great water pressure.

I stayed for a little over a month, and it was a great experience. The apartment was in a great location for me, and it is a very short walk from the trams and metro. This is not in a very touristy area, so speaking a little Hungarian can be helpful but not absolutely necessary. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had and were very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to get a microwave, as the kitchen is not ideal for cooking.

The apartment is part of the modern Nový Cejl residential complex - very cozy and well-equipped. The landlord provides all the essentials: kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and many other small things. The move-in was quick and smooth. The landlord was very responsive and even helped me resolve some issues with Flatio docs, which required extra effort on his part - really appreciated that. Great value for the location, just minutes from the city center. Highly recommend!

Super kind but also very discreet host, while I was staying I didn't notice the host's presence at all. The location is a dream, with a lot of peace and an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and Cristo Rei. You can only hear the birdsong in the background. If you want to feel like you are merging with nature, this is the ideal place. The apartment has 2 bedrooms plus a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace and is equipped with absolutely all the necessary utilities (TV, induction hob, oven, washing machine, high-speed wi-fi internet, vertical iron, cooking grill, hairdryer, etc.). I even had an espresso machine with beans that makes some extremely good coffee. In addition, the location has a free parking space. Nearby you have attractions such as Cristo Rei, Praia do Garajau, restaurants and supermarkets such as Pingo Doce or Continente. If you are looking for a super quiet place with an absolutely stunning view, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, everything was truly perfect from start to finish.

The apartment is exactly as described (if not even better): modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It felt comfortable right away and truly like a home away from home.

The location is great as well, quiet but still very convenient to explore Villasimius at a relaxed pace.

Cristina was an amazing host. Kind, responsive, and always helpful. Communication was easy and everything was handled with care and attention.

The house was big enough for four people, it was clean and in a great location. It was hard to find the lockbox with the key at first, but once found everything went smoothly. I would recommend this space.

Доброго дня! Що хочу сказати про житло, все просто супер. У квартирі є абсолютно все. Дуже хороші та чуйні господарі. Можливо вирішити будь-яке питання. Розташування відмінне в п'яти хвилинах автобусна зупинка. Дві хвилини магазин. Поруч невеликий ресторан. Господарі при заселенні все розкажуть все покажуть.Дякую велике .РЕКОМЕНДУЮ)))

Juan was very kind and helpful and this apartment is the perfect place to stay in Las Palmas. You are very close to the beach, mall, and bus stops. The apartment is spacious and quiet. The building has nice amenities like a gym and pool. We would definitely stay again!
