it was very clean, and nice appartment, and a good location. The host was super helpfull and gave us lots of tips where to visit. overall amazing place and super friendly host!

The apartment is just as you see in the photos except it feels larger. We stayed two months and it really felt like home. The views out both sides are great. This is our 8th time in Porto and the location is the best we have stayed in. The communication with Elisa was also great. She is so kind and helpful. We are 65 and 71 years old and managed the stairs fine even with a load of groceries, so do not let that keep you away from this fabulous apartment.

It is a good, basic apartment with several enjoyable amenities, including a combination washer/dryer, small kitchen, quiet sleeping space (when the windows are closed). It's greatest feature is its centrality to historic Brno. You have easy access, often walkable, to all museums, restaurants, pubs, and areas of interest.
I stayed for two weeks and would stay again.

Some thoughts I have to improve the stay (which I am communicating to the owner) is to know that these apartments are located above a strip club. I only mention it because it would have helped me find it when I first arrived. I wandered up and down the street looking for the entryway. It's down a hallway past the strip club. Once there, access is easy, but it was confusing. There is no concern about noise or any type of disturbance from the club itself.
I would also recommend providing a few little additional items to improve the stay, especially for those staying more than a week:

> an iron. The washer/dryer isn't terribly efficient at drying and having an iron handy would have helped a great deal,

> a guidebook with maps. Most rental properties I've stayed at have a helpful book with recommendations for things to see, the owners personal favorites in restaurants, sightseeing, etc., tips for foreigners on how to use the public transit system, local customs to observe, etc., and finally,

> a few kitchen items for cooking. The kitchen has pots/pans/some cooking utensils, and a good-sized small refrigerator/freezer. A few basics like oils, seasonings, instant oatmeal/healthy snack bars, aluminum foil, baking paper, paper towels, reusable leftover containers, and "to-go" style paper coffee cups to grab and go when exploring the city.

These are minor concerns. Just additions that make a stay that much more enjoyable and earn high praise.

Milena is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. I truly couldn’t have asked for anything more! Both the check-in and check-out were handled in person, which I really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and perfect for my stay. Everything was absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend staying with Milena. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Really love Attila's home. It's in an old, well maintained classically European apartment block on a quiet street... but central to everything. Apartment is superbly equipped for long stays, with everything you need for full cooking, laundry etc. Beautiful high ceilings. Really can't stress enough how nice a space it is to simply be. Only small things that aren't really a problem for us - lack of a TV (go outside), bed is a little firm and small for some tastes. Attila himself is a fantastic host, very responsive and flexible and full of great recommendations in the local area. Will definitely be looking to see if his place is available again upon return to Budapest.

Fantastic. The location was the best surprise. Affordable, has charm, and most of all is very easy by tram to other parts of the city. The apartment design is exellent IMO. The host was a pleasure.

Can't find better location between 5 bus stops you can see most attractions,plus the train station that you can see out of your window. Zsuzsanna was formidable if I got the luck to go to Budapest again I would definitely stay in this flat I . Thanks Zsuzsanna you were AWESOME!

Everything went great. Diana is very nice and always available. I would recommend it!

Very scenic and quiet little area. Riding some kind of vehicle is essential for getting around. Personally i recommend the bike.

The appartment and territory was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Quiet and cozy, you can relax.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Everything is new. It is well equipped. I would suggest to add a hairdryer and 1-2 coffee pods as a courtesy for the first day of stay.

Great location

I stayed here for 31 days, from mid-September to mid-October, and I’m very glad I chose it. The apartment was a good base for spending a month in Durrës, with the beach a short walk away and shops and places to eat nearby. There’s enough space to settle in properly, with a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen and balcony.

But the people are the main reason I wanted to leave this review. The whole team was friendly, and the receptionist deserves a special thank-you. She helped me out several times with questions about customs and local places, and she was always friendly and approachable. When you’re getting used to a new city, having someone you feel comfortable asking for help makes everyday things much easier.

I felt like I had a friend in Durrës. That’s what I appreciated most about staying here. Over the course of a month, there were several occasions when her help made a difference, and I was grateful to know I had someone to turn to. Having reception on site turned out to be one of the best parts of the arrangement for me: I had my own apartment and independence, along with people who helped me feel welcome.

I’d happily recommend this place to someone planning a longer stay. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely month, and especially to the receptionist for her help and kindness. She’s a big part of why I left with such good memories, and I’d be very happy to come back.

A wonderful home for a family stay! It has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay with children, even for an extended period.

Byl jsem s ubytováním velmi spokojen. Byt je vybaven vším potřebným. Poloha bytu v horním patře a tím i jeho zahřívání v letních měsících je kompenzováno instalovanou klimatizací, která zabezpečí udržení teploty na příjemné úrovni. Výborná komunikace s paní pronajímatelkou, všechny dotazy jsou řešeny okamžitě.
