The place is lovely, quiet and well equipped. We stayed for three months and it completely met our expectations. It's also well placed, in the city center and near bus and tram stop.

The owners are very kind and attentive to your needs so that you can enjoy your stay without difficulty with the accommodation.

We fully recommend it and couldn't have found a better place in Ostrava.

Michelle was a very helpful, understanding landlady. I have been living in her apartment for 5 months due to an internship at Siemens and it started to feel like home very quickly. It is situated in a calm neighborhood in the perfect district Andel. Everything is nearby and I didn´t miss a thing. The requests of a washing machine and a spacious refrigerator was handled very quickly, so I could enjoy my long stay in the apartment. The only downside I would mention is the mattresses. Some newer, more comfortable ones would be probably appreciated by the guests. Apart from that I had a very good stay at the apartment!

This apartment was perfect for us, and Tereza was fantastic. She welcomed us there, showed us everything we needed, and was very responsive when anything came up we needed help with. It was like staying in the home of a friend, especially by the end of our stay there. Both the apartment and its owner were beautiful! This lodging helped us make the most of our wonderful stay in Prague.

Mrs. Trefilova was very nice person to deal with. She is very caring and happy to help with everything We extended our stay from 4 weeks to almost two months. The flat is located in very nice area of Prague with lots of nice coffee shops, close to metro Flora and good connection to everywhere. Also lots of trees around and green spaces. The flat itself is very nice, big windows, nice kitchen with everything you might need, sofa bed, nice double bed with a good mattress, enough storage. Very comfortable stay and i would strongly recommend this accommodation.

The flat was as described/pictured and clean. It is well connected to public transportation and in a pretty quiet area. Also the windows in the flat provide decent cooling if there is any breeze (prop the doors open to allow a cross breeze to cool the flat). The landlord and her husband are nice and helpful (and their English is excellent).

Hezky vybavený byt s velice ochotným panem majitelem, který mi vyšel vstříct ve všech ohledech. Lokalita mě osobně vyhovovala, dostupné i MHD autobusem na metro Černý Most. Veškeré vybavení čisté a funkční.

This was an excellent accommodation for the monthlong trip my daughter and I took to Prague. The neighborhood was perfect: restaurants and a convenience store right outside our door; a short walk to metro, tram and bus; and in close range to a beautiful park and playground. We had a problem with not being able to adjust the water temp in the shower, but the landlord quickly helped address the problem. All communication was fast and helpful, adding to the enjoyment of our stay.

Dana is a great landlady, staying at her place and communicating with her, felt like with a family member. She was quite supportive in every request we had and very respectful to our privacy. The flat is quite comfortable and the location, even if it might look a bit far, is very well connected with metro and trams so you are in center within minutes. Highly recommended.

Nice flat, bright rooms, seperated bath & shower, comfy beds & a very friendly and helpful landlord. numerous supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. near to multiple trams.
all in all a great recommendation for staying in prague. 10/10 would book it again

Lenka was a great host, very helpful and reliable. She always responded to all my questions promptly.
The only downside was the absence of A/C. When we stayed at the apartment, the weather was extremely hot at that time. Lenka, however, planned on getting some kind of A/C for the next guests, so that shouldn't be a problem.
The apartment was clean, and I really appreciated the washer and dryer, and the dishwasher as well. they were very convenient.
I definitely recommend this place.

The apartment looked just like on the pictures. As I stayed for 5 months, it was very important that it was fully equipped - a fact which I really liked about the apartment. It was freshly renovated and very clean. The equipment was also clean and functioning. I especially liked the guide that the landlord prepared. It contains information on bus, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. So, it provides you with all the important information you need in order to get started in Bratislava. And if there is something not mentioned or you have any other questions, the landlord is very nice and helpful and answers all your questions. A slightly negative aspect is that you sometimes can hear your neighbours vacuum cleaning or slamming the door, but that is due to the construction of the building and quite normal in such a big house. But on the other side, the best aspect of the apartment is its location. I absolutely liked the fact that there is a bus stop right in front of the house. If you don't have a car and need to shop groceries, you can just hop on the bus, take 3 stations, hop off and you are directly in front of a Lidl - shopping made easy without a car! The university is also only a 2-stop bus ride or a 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment, so it's perfect for students of the University of Economics.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and can only recommend to book this lovely apartment.

Lovely stay at Lucie's flat. It's perfect for 1-2 people. Nice building, in a very good neighborhood. Great new coffee cafe on corner, and just across from a wonderful public park. Lucie is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we'd need for a super experience.

I really liked this place. The apartment is very nice, thoughtfully set out by the owner with a good view of the adjacent park and excellent sunlight, especially in the winter. Appliance and furniture wise it has everything you need and was perfect.

Palmovka is a very good location. It is ten minutes from old town, and very well connected to other areas such as Zizkov, Holesovice, Karlin etc. Good places and parks to walk/run/cycle nearby going in east or west direction. The neighbourhood itself is in the early stages of gentrification and has decent cafe, restaurants, pubs & bars etc.
