Flat was spacious, clean, silent, fully equipped (incl. wash-dryer), with everything shown as-is on the pictures. The bed was comfy (medium-firm), only the curtains there do not really keep out the sun (the only reason for -1 point). No idea about the AC in the bedroom, as I didn't need it in May.
To a limited extent, one could also use the space for remote work.

Communication with Silke and Miguel was swift and friendly, everything easy to setup, with all relevant information.

I would immediately rent the place again for a trip to Lisboa.

The flat is as shown and described and it has everything one could need to stay there medium or long term. We stayed with a baby and it was very comfortable. The one thing we missed was a kettle because we drink a lot of hot drinks 🤣🤣 but we managed to solve this by using the small pot. Other than this, the only thing I would like to mention is that the bedroom can be quite noisy because the windows are single glazed so it took us a few nights to adjust for that:)

Overall, I’d love to live in a flat like this, we really enjoyed the area and the owners were super helpful and responsive. I’m delighted that we found this place ♥️

I had a happy 5 weeks here in April-May 2025 and found it very comfortable and convenient. Agnes was very helpful and the flat is extremely well kitted out with kitchen equipment and gadgets. The internet was fast and reliable and the heating worked well. The bed, on the mezzanine, was very comfortable. The washing machine was great. The flat is very central and most things are walkable. There's are supermarkets and the main market close by. The Danube is only a street away. I wouldn't hesitate to try to stay here on a future visit; it met all my needs and was good value.

This apartment is incredibly cozy, with a charming vintage interior that gives it a lot of character. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made our stay feel truly relaxing. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view — we spent nearly every breakfast and lunch out there, soaking up the atmosphere. Gil is by far the best host we’ve had on Flatio.

From the moment we arrived—during a challenging period of electricity blackouts—he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing food and some cash to help us settle in. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing even the smallest issues and always ready with excellent local recommendations that made our time in Lisbon even more enjoyable.

The apartment itself is stunning: spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located in the heart of Baixa. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very pleasant stay!
The place is spacious and well equipped, located in a quite and peaceful neighbourhood. The neighbours were very nice. 0-24 supermarket is within 5 mins walk and a lot of shops and restaurants are within 10 mins. Beautiful Mechwart liget park is very close too. The place is ideal for someone who has a remote job and needs to spend long time working from home while being close enough to the city. Had no problem whatsoever with anything during my stay. Owner was very sweet and helped me whenever needed. 10/10 exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to rent.

Квартира перевершила всі очікування. Світла, простора, з продуманим до дрібниць ремонтом — тут усе гармонійно поєднано: сучасний стиль, затишок і функціональність. У помешканні є буквально все, що потрібно для комфортного життя: посуд, прилади, побутова техніка. Все нове, охайне й підібране зі смаком. Розташування — ще один великий плюс. До центру міста всього 5 хвилин на авто, тож можна поєднати спокій і тишу району з близькістю до всієї міської інфраструктури.
Це не просто квартира — це місце, в яке хочеться повертатися. У ній є щось своє, тепле, що створює відчуття дому вже з перших хвилин переобування. Обовʼязково повернусь сюди знову.
Окремо хочеться відзначити Міріам і власника квартири — дуже уважні, доброзичливі, завжди на зв’язку й готові допомогти.

We stayed here for a month and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! After years of traveling through 30+ countries, this was hands down one of the most thoughtfully-equipped places we’ve stayed in. You can tell the owner and Lorena really understand what makes a space feel welcoming—as every little detail was thought through, making it feel like a real home, instead of just another rental.

It’s beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, original frescos, and so so so much natural light! The bed was insanely comfortable allowing us to get so much great rest. And the location couldn’t be better... right on the main pedestrian street with a cute balcony for people-watching, but still somehow really quiet inside.

As digital nomads, we also really appreciated the strong, reliable WiFi—no issues at all with video calls or remote work.

We felt so at home here, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a space that gets all the little details right, but this one absolutely did. We’re already missing it—and will 100% be back!!
