I stayed at Iva’s place in Prague for 1.5 months and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Iva made me feel completely at home with her warmth, kindness, and incredibly helpful nature. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view that added charm to every morning and evening. The overall vibe of the home was calm, peaceful, and perfect for focused work or study. I highly recommend this place for young professionals and students looking for a long or mid-term stay in Prague. Barrandov itself is a lovely, green neighborhood with great connectivity to the city center. Trams and buses are easily accessible, making commuting a breeze. Whether you’re exploring Prague or working remotely, this location offers the best of both worlds. Iva’s hospitality truly made all the difference, and I’m grateful for the time I spent here. I would absolutely stay again. Totally recommended!

We spent a great month in Valencia, with the apartment being in a very nice area, quiet, but close to the city center and to many shops and restaurants. Everything went smooth, the place is exactly as in the photos and Pura was exceptionally kind to us and we are very grateful to her, maybe we'll have the chance to meet again!

The flat is exactly as it shows online. Perfect for a month; enough space and everything you need. Luis is super helpful and responds very quickly to any issues.

This has to be our absolute favourite home we have ever rented for a holiday stay. Francisco is a spectacularly great host. Everything you could hope for is in the home and available to you. We adored the home itself, the neighborhood and the spectacular views. Everything was perfect and we were very sad to go. And we can’t wait to come back again. The beds are amazing. The house is filled with beautiful furnishings and finishes. The kitchen is gorgeous. So many outdoor areas to enjoy. We expected to quite love this property, but even our high expectations were far exceeded. I cannot thank Francisco enough for making this wonderful property available to us. I highly recommend!

I stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The apartment is right in the center, but super quiet. As a result the balcony was very nice to relax and spend time on. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have any issues at all. Elizabeth was a great host and made things easy. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment is a few steps from the beach, and has great views of the ocean. Worth renting for this reason alone. The building and the apartment could use a bit of renovation, but for the price, for anyone wanting to be close to restaurants and go to the beach often, they would be hard pressed to find anything better.

A Localização era muito boa, no geral o apt era bom, mas me incomodou o cheiro forte de fossa que estava sempre no banheiro. E também quando comentei com a senhoria, se era normal ou se era alguma tipo de vazamento, não me respondeu. Se não fosse pelo cheiro, ficaria ali de novo com certeza.

Um espaço acolhedor,limpo e super agradável. Foi uma experiência fantástica e gente muito acolhedora... recomendo vivamente!

Maria is very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent and very close to the historical city and yet quiet.. We enjoyed our one month stay. The kitchen has all the amenities needed. The backyard with the lawn was amazing space. and overall apartment is beautiful. Strongly recommend

We lived in Maria's apartment for 7 months. Maria welcomed us with friendliness and was always helpful and answered all our questions! The communication was excellent, and problems was solved quickly! The House was nice and clean, and included everything we needed for a long stay! Great location near metro, grocery stores, shops, cafes, and other services. Area is quiet and suitable for families. We were happy to stay there!

We had an amazing stay here! This was by far the most well-equipped accommodation we've ever stayed at. We spent a whole month here and had everything we needed and more. The shared pool and BBQ area were a big plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
