She made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the place itself is located in a quiet residential area near supermarkets and is very accessible to downtown Lisbon. Clara es muy atenta como anfitriona, he podido contar con su ayuda durante toda mi estancia. El piso es perfecto para pasar unos meses en Budapest, buena ubicación, internet perfecto para trabajar, calefacción, tiendas cerca y todas las comodidades que alguien puede necesitar, ademas el piso es muy amplio y cómodo. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse con ella. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, sin duda contactare de nuevo con ella.

I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and could have easily stayed longer. The apartment is minimal but well-equipped. Cleanliness, location, design, and overall conditions were excellent. Everything worked perfectly as expected. The bed is on the firmer side, but I slept very comfortably. With the windows facing North, there’s no direct sunlight, but the AC worked wonderfully for heating during December and January, keeping the space warm and cozy. I would gladly stay here again. Communication with the host was flawless - couldn’t have asked for better!

It is easily one of our best Airbnb/ home rentals. The location is super close to the beach. There is a bit of uphill but it is fine, a tiny bit of exercise is good for us anyway. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, new, and well-functioning. The hosts, Juan and Miguel are very nice. It is always easy to reach them for anything. I highly recommend Juan's place for a short or long stay if you are in Las Palmas.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriella's apartment! From the start, Gabriella was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as pictured—cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Bus 9, which made it super easy to get around the city. Plus, there were grocery stores nearby, which was a big bonus. We even got lovely welcome pack of Azores specialties - it was very kind and made good first impression. Flat was perfect for our monthly stay. Equipped nicely, AC worked , safe area and in the right city center - you go everywhere by foot. Totally recommended

Bydlení bylo super, dostupnost naprosto dokonala, 100 metrů a jste na Florenci, kde vám jezdí všechno, přitom sama ulice je klidná. V bytě je všechno co potřebujete, možná i něco víc. Komu záleží na interiéru, tak tady si to užijete, moc takových bytů fakt nenajdete. Trochu skřípou parkety, ale je to starý luxusní byt s 4 metrovým stropem, to k tomu patří. Kuchyně je velká a vybavena vším včetně myčky. V koupelnê ovrovská vana. Spolupráce s majitelkou dokonalá, Eliška je super a se vším co je třeba pomuže. Byt 100% doporučuji!
