I stayed for three months and it was a good experience. If you do not mind being a bit far from the city center (30 min by tram) this is a great deal for you. The tram is 4 min. walking from the apartment. It is located in a residential zone (Bila hora) which is quiet and nice. Lidl is 15 min. walking or you can take a bus and it is 2 stops away. Towels and bedsheets are provided and the bedroom is always at the right temperature (I stayed in wintertime and it was not cold). If any problem came up Ondrej was always there to fix it.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It features a cozy living room combined with a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm wide bed and a large wardrobe, plus an additional dark (windowless) room with a bunk bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. There’s also a work desk and a comfortable sofa, making it a very functional space. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows are at the height of a first floor, overlooking a hill with lots of trees and greenery and a one private house, but the area is very quiet. The street is a cul-de-sac, so there’s minimal car traffic. Looking left from the windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean! The sun only reaches the apartment in the late evening during sunset, so the place stays cool enough even on hot days without air conditioning. And there are usually free parking spots available not far from the house. The landlord was always reachable and responded promptly to any requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable stay!

A lovely warm apartment, It was important to us because we rented it in the winter. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, it was quiet and the windows overlooked the park. It is equipped with all necessary household appliances and dishes. I would love to come back again.

Tout a été parfait. Appartement proche de tout le nécessaire, très lumineux, spacieux et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter. Le propriétaire a été très réactif au moindre problème et a toujours été arrangeant lorsque cela était nécessaire. Merci pour ce séjour.

The apartment is very well equipped, from the kitchen utensils to functional items. It is a comfortable apartment and has lots of space for storage. Communication with Tereza was always fast. She is a great and helpful landlord!

The price-quality ratio is optimal. This housing solution is in the middle of a bustling intersection with different options for public transport, it's very close to universities, supermarkets and restaurants of various kind. The house itself has everything you might want or need and more, however the lack of natural light coming in and the fact some furniture are quite old can be frustrating. It's an experience I would overall recommend.

The apartment has everything needed and is very comfortable. The owner is lovely and was there for any question we had.

Byt je kompletne zariadený, je tam všetko potrebné na krátkodobý aj dlhodobý pobyt. Majiteľ má veľmi dobrý ľudský prístup, určite odporúčam.

Апартаменты очень понравились: свежий ремонт, исправная техника, и несомненный плюс как для туриста это расположение прямо в центре событий, в историческом месте, откуда в любое направление рукой подать. Хочу отметить, что это старый жилой фонд, и возможны проблемы с канализацией, но они были незначительны. Заявленные подписки на сервисы такие как Netflix, к сожалению не были доступны, уточняйте этот момент заранее. Спасибо Маркете за быструю и коммуникацию и отзывчивость, нам удалось решить вопрос с заселением, когда у меня задержали вылет и планы резко менялись.

Clean, fast internet, good equipped kitchen, ideal running track directly in front of the apartment. Nice beaches 2km by foot and a bathing place just 500m away.. Host is responsive and cares for your needs. Bus stop 5 meters away. 3km by foot to next big supermarket. 1km to some mini markets. It gets loud in the morning rush hours because the busses and cars drive by directly under the bedroom window. During the night is is quit.

Great location and nice new apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Great communication from Roccio throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Amazing part of Prague.

Ricardo has been excellent – he showed me around the area, explained where all cafes and grocery stores are! I've really loved staying in the apartment :)

This apartment was really amazing, a truly hidden gem, it made my stay in Budapest very good!. The location couldn't have been better, 5 to 10 minutes walking to a lot of attractions, stores, shopping malls and public transport. The instructions provided for check in and check out by Nora and Agnes were very clear and I didn't have any problem at all. The apartment is small, but it's super well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay, the kitchen had all the appliances I needed. The bathroom was nice and clean, and having the washing machine was a great addition as well. One of the best things was the workspace, a big desk, a very comfy chair, and even a monitor and speakers available to use made it very comfortable and it's perfect if you're working remotely. And the wifi is super fast as well. Would definitely recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to coming back to Budapest and hopefully staying here again. :)

Comfy tiny house. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons. Perfect, rather quiet place to work as a digital nomad.
