Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for long term stays or remote workers. The internet is so bad you can barely even check emails on it. Thankfully there is a co-working space 10 mins walk away but it cost us (2 people) €200 to work there for the 2 weeks we stayed in this apartment. We confronted the property manager about it but were just told there was nothing they could do. It seems they don't have dedicated internet in the apartment and just use a wifi booster from another location. As well as this there is no oven, just a microwave grill combo which is fine for short stays but awkward when you want to cook a lot of meals at home. Finally, there were a few maintenance issues in the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and the shower drained was blocked. When I opened the drain to try to unblock it I could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall the apartment is beautifully decorated and in a central location so I think it would be better for a long weekend or short holiday where good internet isn't required. Luisa was also very good with comms, but perhaps should reconsider her property manager! LANDLORD'S REPLY: Thank you very much for your feedback, this is much appreciated as this is the only way we can improve. Please note that the internet has been fully upgraded and the flat now has its own dedicated router. The internet now works perfectly and at a quick speed and will be suitable for those working from home. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding the microwave oven, thank you - we will look into upgrading this. The toilet seat has now been repaired and I have discussed a new and more rigorous cleaning routine with the property manager so that the drains and other elements are deep cleaned appropriately. Byt nebyl v idealnim stavu. To ze neni uklizeny majitelka inzerovala a proplatila nam vlastni uklid, bohuzel tim problemy nekoncily. V koupelne silne zapachal zachod, trvalo to nekolik dni nez jsme se ho za pomoci dezinfekce zbavili, nasledovalo cisteni odtoku ve sprse, ktery byl zaneseny vlasy. Ten pocit, ze je to misto trochu neciste a nefunkcni nam vadil daleko vic, nez ze vypada jinak nez na fotkach. Majitelka byla prijemna a snazila se situaci resit.

The apartment is a good size for one person and has a BEAUTIFUL view overlooking a garden with orange trees and the Tagus River in the distance. The apartment is on the ground floor in a historical building, so there was a good amount of noise coming from the street. The internet was stable enough for me to work remotely. There's no central AC or heating, but there are fans and radiators provided. There are two grocery stores, pharmacies, and some cafes and bakeries nearby. However, I did not have a good experience staying here. The apartment furnishings are not well maintained. When I arrived, the pillows, duvet, and mattress protector were YELLOW, as if they've never been cleaned or replaced. The sofa and arm chair have a musty smell from not being cleaned. The trash can, freezer door, toilet seat, and towel rack were broken when I arrived. The Feeling Inn team was responsive and replaced fixed/replaced most of these things. In the end, I felt like I was complaining too much, even though it was all valid. However, that wasn't the end of the issues. This apartment is on the ground floor opening up to the street. A man had a key to the apartment and tried to enter at 10 p.m. on a rainy Saturday night. I told Feeling Inn about this and they said it wasn't anyone from their team. They had no idea who this could've been. As a woman traveling by herself, this was very unsettling. I wanted to cancel my lease early, but it was difficult to find other accommodation on short notice. So I requested that they change the lock and they did so without hesitation. Overall, the Feeling Inn team are nice people, but I can't recommend staying at this apartment.

Pani, ktorá mala byt na starosť, bola milá a ústretová. Bývanie malo skvelú polohu, výhodou bolo samostatné wc a sprcha. Nevýhodou je absencia kuchyne, na izbe č.3 sú veľmi tenké steny takže je všetko počuť, čo je značná nevýhoda, keďže sa nachádza hneď vedľa spoločnej miestnosti. Taktiež na byte bolo ubytovaných veľa ľudí. Chýba upratovacia služba (neumyté okná, nepovysávaný koberec).

The apartment is located in a convenience location, with easy access to public transport. It is opposite of the night club, therefore during weekend nights is louder. The apartment looked like on pictures, however the main entrance and staircase is bad conditions and dirty, there was no light in a corridor. The apartment was clean except bathtub, floor in the bathroom and shower handle. I was missing extra lamp to work, clock and kettle, but a kettle has been provided to me. I have never met the Landlady, and we have only exchanged text messages. She instructed me well how to get in to the apartment and checked if I'm ok. The Landlady has not provided me with a handover document, that is described in the contract and I regret I have not asked for. On my departure I cleaned the apartment, however when I left, it appeared that cleaning is not meeting the Landlady expectations. She sent me an extra invoice, despite the fact, we have never discussed or agreed extra payments for cleaning services. I paid to close this discussion but it was disappointing experience and I took learning for future. I hope other people are more experienced so I wish them happy stay.

Bad points 1.You have to pick up the keys from a different address. I asked to pick it at the place where the guest will stay and it was not possible. 2. It is an old building so it has typical old building smell 3. One of the surface on the stove did not work, walls had small holes in it, toilet seat was loose and ceiling above the shower corner looked like the neighbors were overflowing recently, also the drain was not clean 4. pans for frying are old and scratched and I am not sure if I saw a pot 5. the remote was quite annoying because it did not react well from most of angles 6. they write it is 2kk but it is actually more like 1 kk, there no doors in between the kitchen and bedroom 7. 30m2 is a really a small flat ( but the size is mentioned at the info ) 8. the bed was strangely low Good points 1.) The receptionist who gave us the key is nice and we did not have to wait 2.) It has washing machine - which lots of flats on flatio don't have 3.) if you are on a low budget the price is good compare to other flatio flats 4.) even the bed was low it is a double bed and looked quite comfortable 5.) TV was big enough to watch films comfortably 6.) The owner reacted quite fast, was polite and found a solution with us after the complains 7. If you don't plan a romantic trip or business trip and you care mostly about the price then the flat could be ok for you for a short stay

The apartment is fully equipped and a very nice place to stay. Very spacious. My only comment is that I would not call this specific apartment quiet - it is ground floor, and did not seem well insulated to sound. There was noise from being on the ground level, which is to be expected (as the landlord pointed out when I messaged about this concern). You can hear people talking, car doors shutting, garbage removal and street cleaning trucks. But there are also things like two loud sets of doors you can hear loudly when people enter/leave the building, and a school across the street which also generates noise and commotion around the apartment. For some this may not be a bother or affect them, but I was looking for a very quiet place so the apartment did not meet that criteria for me personally. If you are not sensitive to noise, I would recommend this place to stay.

Very nice apartment with a lot of space in a very accessible location. However, the bed in one of the rooms was unstable, and I had to fix it myself. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Our experience at this place wasn't the best. The apartment itself is great, and it's very well located to move around the center of Lisbon — but I think it's poorly managed. We had several problems during a short 3-week stay: - The apartment was not clean when we checked in. The carpet that covers the living room had a lot of dirt in it, to the point we just preferred putting it aside. We could also see dirt in the corners of the apartment. - The patio, which is supposed to be a major plus in this apartment was also noticeably dirty, with bird excrement stains on the floor, dirt around the corners, and cigarette buds in the planters. - The washing machine was damaged before our arrival and we were not notified until the time of check-in (even though we had communicated with the landlord already). The landlord promised it would be replaced in a few days, but it took 2 weeks for it to be done (out of a 3-week stay) — the landlord just ignored our messages asking for updates in the meantime. - When they installed a new washing machine, they didn't take away the old one, but rather just left it in front of the apartment door — so we had to literally tiptoe our way around it when going in and out of the apartment. Again, our complaints to the landlord about this issue went unanswered. - The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation, as the bathroom extractor fan doesn't work.

The location of the place is great, the "flat" beautiful and the manager is helpful and responsive. On the negative side we have the road noise: Loud motorbikes and old busses pass at almost any hour so that I had to sleep with earplugs. The place is further not really suitable for long term stays as it has no storage space whatsoever. The design is rather a nice hotel room than a flat. Focus on design and not practicality. It feels like the people who planed it did never ask themselves "what would I need if I would live there for 2 months?". Some things are simple like that there is no place to hang a jacket when coming home or that there is no way to dry dishes (the towel provided is made out of pillow case fabric). If this place had proper sound isolating windows, some storage space and some small modifications to increase functionality it would be great!

The apartment was not the one I was meant to have. Despite signing a contract the apartment i should have rented was sublet to someone else on the presumption that I wasn't arriving. I had mentioned I didn't know if conditions at the airport would be favourable for Brits but at no time did I say we would not be arriving and the rent was paid in advance. Also, a few weeks later, despite there being a thermostat in the property that I could have worked out myself, when I asked how to turn it up I was asked for more money despite not being told this in the beginning. I said that was not in the contract. Also, about a week before leaving I was asked if someone else, the future tenant could come view the property. I said that both myself and my daughter had a nasty cold and weren't up to it. Again, despite this we were asked several times. On leaving we were asked again about extra money for the heating and the thermostat was never turned up anyway. So, overall, unless you want to deal with a tricky landlord, I'd give this one a miss.

Decent apartment with a few quirks. Location is great, quiet and central. Few issues about the apartment include a bedroom door that does not close properly, electrical issues where the power goes out if too many appliances in use. Cooking is challenging as you cannot use the oven and stovetop at the same time much less anything else like the tea kettle or toaster. Kitchen was also lacking basic knives. Overall a decent apartment in Lisbon with a few issues. Bedroom door and electrical issues need to be fixed or at least be known to the renter.

This flat really is a hotel room with a small kitchen, let's be honest. I guess it's perfectly fine for short term stays, < 1 week or so. There is a quite noisy pub in the inner yard. Although they usually close at 10pm. The bed is creaky and not that comfortable. Other than that the place it's ok. I stayed for a bit longer period, so then small annoyances tend to amplify. Cleaning is not included in the price. The host/staff is helpful and professional in every way. The location is really good.

The apartment is cool and very spacious. The furniture is good, but a bit older. The location is great! Unfortunately, it is a bit louder in the building in the morning. The hostess is very nice and accommodating.

V dome zrovna probíhala revitalizace fasády, takže to docela znepříjemnilo bydleni, ikdyz byt odpovídal popisu a vypadal podle predstav. Na druhou stranu spolupráce s majitelkou a její vstřícnost byla na 1.

The studio was beautiful, comfortable beds and super amazing garden. Unfortunatelly, I am giving this poor rating as the house was surrounded by construction and it was so so noisy during all my stay (including the Saturdays, the construction was starting at 8:00am and during the weekdays it was hard to focus at work due to the noises). Even I complained about this with the landlord, no alternative was given to me during my stay. I really recommend to check with the landlord if the construction is still going on before signing any contract.

There was some big issues with this apartment so I will try to make this brief. Issues: 1. Air conditioning was advertised on the listing but was not actually in the apartment asked for a 25% discount on rent got 5%. 2. The shower was disgusting with black mold and grime all over had to wear sandals every time I took a shower! 3. The shower door was broken water soaked the floor and mat every time I took a shower. 4. Five light bulbs missing from the room and one from the bathroom. The other bathroom lights were the ones that dim then get brighter very annoying. 5. Underneath the bed sheet there was toenail clipping and very dirty so I never removed it and slept on top of the blankets my whole stay. 6. The Landlord Evgeny and the Property Manager Alina were deceitful and dishonest about the apartment listing on Flatio. I would like to go more in detail about the deceit and dishonesty with Alina and Evgeny. When I sent the Property Manager Alina a SMS about there being no air conditioning and sending photos of the listing as proof the reply I got from the Property Manager was that the listing never had air conditioning. Then shortly after when I went back to the listing it was removed so they acted quick to delete it. When I confronted them about being dishonest and why they removed air conditioning from the listing they said it was never there. A few days later I was messaged from Evgeny through Flatio offering me a 5% discount. But that's not all he had to say as he told me that the Property Manager Alina said that I slammed the door in her face and yelled at her when she came to give me light bulbs. This of course a lie and a way for Evgeny and Alina to weasel there way out of any discount and trying to make me look bad. I am not sure who Alina and Evgeny actually are involved with the apartment it almost seemed like they did nothing especially Alina. I was told by Alina that Evgeny wasn't even the Landlord he just worked for there realtor company almost like customer service with Flatio. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT!

The apartment is good located...near of everythink ...te problem is one wall of the house was yellow becouse of igrasie...I payd 1500 for The cleaning extra money wich was not în the contract...I go I let apartment clean just the lengerie for bad I washed and I did not put on the bad I let for dry and they make catastrofa at the Phone.. .. they force me to go until 9 o clock not until 11 how it was on contract ..they want to let the apartment like I recive ...but for what I payd this 1500 ?i am very dissapointed..
