I lived on Krizikova 65 from 01/04/22 to 01/05/22 and when we left the apartment, we forgot our little bag with all money, that we have. The bag was in a little bedside table and we and we realized that we forgot the bag the next day. I know that the apartment was only the owner Martin and, as he said, cleaning. The apartment was empty for another 4 days because my friends are moving in there in 4 days. Martin met me the next day at the apartment, opened it, and we found that our bag was missing. I said that I would go to the police, because there was a large amount of money. In addition, I demanded the cleaning number, which was here. Martin said that he would deal with everything himself and call me in 2 hours. An hour later, Martin called me and said that I was "lucky" because my bag was found. He said to come in 2 hours to their office. I came to their office, there were 6 or 8 employees. They made a "performance" with the transfer of my bag so that there were witnesses. Martin said that another woman found my bag - someone gave her. But all the words seemed strange, because before the story was different. I thanked, shook hands, and left. When I went out and started counting the money, it turned out that 200 dollars, 300 euros, 1,000 crowns and 1,500 hryvnias had been stolen from me. I wrote to Martin that I will not go to the police, but I will leave feedback on how it was. In response, he said that it was not his fault and he would be very upset, and the person who "stole" my bag had already been fired! Although before that he did not say anything like that and the story was completely different. I don't know who is right and who is wrong. Perhaps Martin is the person who saved my bag and gave me back some of my money. I hope so. But then the company he works for are thieves. It is possible that the cleaning service stole the money - but I don't believe on it. They know that I am from Ukraine and that there is a war going on in our country. But they still wanted to steal some of the money from me in order to "make money on the mountain." Nobody told me about my bag. If I had not personally contacted and said that I would go to the police, I would never have known that I lost money in their apartment. Be careful with these people. Someone from this company can rob you.

This accommodation did not have all the necessary equipment, it is marked on the advert for 8 people only we were 4 and that was just right. There were major problems with the upstairs neighbour, the owner did little to change this.

Internet no working well and i neeeded for working. Is a kaos.

Owner is pleasant lady, communication on good level (still she is not english speaking, you need to speak Czech). Appartment is very economy level, very old furniture, also was not really clean inside (dust, dirty foolrs), sofa which they have in living room very old and with a lot of stains :( Still, price not so high and location quite good, so for 2-3 night stopover, still is a good option.

Communication with the landlord was fast and professional. Unfortunately, the flat was not what I was expecting from the photos. It is quite clean and has new furniture, location is also good. However, it is a basement flat which wasn't clearly stated in the description. The ventilation in the flat is not great and because of that there is not much of fresh air. There is one window on the street level, but opening it doesn't help much with the smell. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you don't mind living in the basement- underground.

Location is perfect, however the flat is quite old (furniture, equpiment - for example the table was almost falling apart). We were also not perfectly happy with the cleanliness.

We stayed 3 months at Lisbon Oasis, beginning of 2022. The apartment is well located and nicely furnished. We however had issues due to the Internet connection that has been really poor during half of our stay (6 weeks with less than 10kgb speed). We had to follow up several times with the owner asking for support and resolution and even had to escalate with Flatio Customer Service team to get follow up and answers. After weeks of back and forth, the owner finally took the step to install a high speed internet with a better router. This all situation generated high frustration from our side as we didn't felt much willingness from the owner to support + this generated extra costs to pay for a co-working space with a stable internet connection. So we would not recommend to book in case you wish to stay there on mid-term renting.

This apartment is in such an excellent location, it's really a shame the landlords do not act ethically and also a shame they don't do some very simple things to make the apartment more livable. Very shortly after signing the contract with Flatio the landlords contacted me and asked for a deposit and cleaning fees, both of which were specifically not included in the contract. They pushed, but finally backed down after Flatio talked to them. When the day of departure approached, they asked me what time I was leaving, and when I said around 16:00 (contract states you have the apartment until 17:00), they claimed check out was 11:00, and they had someone else moving in at 16:00. Completely irresponsible and unethical to promise someone a checkin before the previous tenant's contract has expired. They once again backed down when I pointed this out. If you still want to stay here, note there is absolutely no closet space, no wardrobes and no chest of drawers. Apparently they expect people to live out of their suitcases. The apartment is spacious, and each bedroom could have either a wardrobe or chest of drawers if they would just spend a few euros. Also note the shower does not work the way it should, and they were informed of this by a maintenance person three weeks ago and as of the time of my leaving had not done anything about it. Despite the excellent location I would not deal with these people again.

The room is really excellent. It is spacious and very cozy. You can stay there long hours (I work from home) and do not feel suffocated like you would with smaller, darker rooms. Although the room faces opposite to the sun, it is very bright and the view is quite pretty! There are drawers and hangers for your clothes, a cozy sofa and a TV, and the landlord provided me with a Chromecast to watch Netflix and others. However, the other rooms in the flat really fall short. The toilet is very small. The kitchen is quite old. There is barely any space to store food. The fridge is smaller than you would expect, still, you only have a small space to store your food. And basically, not many drawers left to keep everything else that does not go in the fridge. I would advise renting a room in this flat for a short period but not for a medium\longer stay. For those visiting Prague, it is not very close to the central areas. You would have to take the tram and travel around 30 min to get to Old Town Square. However, Vinohrady and other cool areas are close by, and it is a different, more local experience of Prague.

Mariana is a really kind person, who seems always ready to help people around us and with which you can have a nice conversation easily if you want to. About the place, the room was really big with a lot of space and colorful. However, when it cold outside, it really is inside too and there is no heather or anything to warm the place. Also, there is not a lot of cooking equipments (there is no microwave or oven), only a hob. Concerning the private bathroom, it is not what you imagine when you think about a bathroom. Indeed, the toilet and the small sink are inside the shower. Furthermore, the pipes are a bit clogged and there is nothing to preclude the water to flood the kitchen when you take your shower so you need to take it really fast. For all those reasons I am really sorry to rate the place so poorly, but I really think that you can find a better place cheaper and that some things need to be fixed. I tried to be as honest as I could and I am sorry Mariana because you were a really sweet person.

Although the landlords do their best to manage the property from the Netherlands, this doesn’t work well and they should hire someone local to manage the property. There are three other short-term rentals in the building, which means noise from people who come to Lisbon to party. Most of the other units are unoccupied. One apartment next to us was under renovation from time to time resulting in noise, dust and at times strong odors. Renovations began in the apartment below in December 2021 and typically take a year and a half or more due to labor shortages. Beware. The apartment is in an old building and tends to be cold especially in the living room where there is a severe draft. There is no elevator and the stairs up are the equivalent of about seven typical floors. The place was not nearly as nice as the photos but the landlords are planning to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The second bedroom is only appropriate to sleep due to the pitch of the ceiling. The location is great for taking a ferry, train, metro or tram for day trips to many wonderful places.

The location is great, but the bed needs a new mattress, the shower needs a new shower head (although the amount of water coming out of it is not much anyway), the kitchen is alright but small. There is a strange issue that when you use the hot water some of the hot air+vapor from the water heater comes back into the kitchen through the stove air exhaust, it would seem that both exhaust pipes are connected. In summary, the location is great, and with a few small repairs/upgrades the flat would be a good place to come back and recover for the next day.

Apartment is modern, the windows are not the best so you can clearly hear the road even if the windows are closed. There is no AC or heating.

No communication, lack of facilities in the flat, in the arrival the flat was dirty.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The flat was filled with mould and damp and the landlord only offered a clean of the flat with no partial or full refund offered. The landlord offered for us to leave the apartment, but we explained this wouldn't be possible due to our busy schedule and the fact we couldn't take time off work to move (we had over 30 boxes with us we would need to move, if we decided to leave early). Many of our important belongings were destroyed by the mould including expensive artwork and clothes. The landlord did not offer to pay for any of the damage, even when we asked for it. Further, there was a huge hole in the wall and other major issues with the apartment that were only visible after we checked in. They did not communicate these issues before. Money grabbers. Please avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for long term stays or remote workers. The internet is so bad you can barely even check emails on it. Thankfully there is a co-working space 10 mins walk away but it cost us (2 people) €200 to work there for the 2 weeks we stayed in this apartment. We confronted the property manager about it but were just told there was nothing they could do. It seems they don't have dedicated internet in the apartment and just use a wifi booster from another location. As well as this there is no oven, just a microwave grill combo which is fine for short stays but awkward when you want to cook a lot of meals at home. Finally, there were a few maintenance issues in the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and the shower drained was blocked. When I opened the drain to try to unblock it I could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall the apartment is beautifully decorated and in a central location so I think it would be better for a long weekend or short holiday where good internet isn't required. Luisa was also very good with comms, but perhaps should reconsider her property manager! LANDLORD'S REPLY: Thank you very much for your feedback, this is much appreciated as this is the only way we can improve. Please note that the internet has been fully upgraded and the flat now has its own dedicated router. The internet now works perfectly and at a quick speed and will be suitable for those working from home. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding the microwave oven, thank you - we will look into upgrading this. The toilet seat has now been repaired and I have discussed a new and more rigorous cleaning routine with the property manager so that the drains and other elements are deep cleaned appropriately. Byt nebyl v idealnim stavu. To ze neni uklizeny majitelka inzerovala a proplatila nam vlastni uklid, bohuzel tim problemy nekoncily. V koupelne silne zapachal zachod, trvalo to nekolik dni nez jsme se ho za pomoci dezinfekce zbavili, nasledovalo cisteni odtoku ve sprse, ktery byl zaneseny vlasy. Ten pocit, ze je to misto trochu neciste a nefunkcni nam vadil daleko vic, nez ze vypada jinak nez na fotkach. Majitelka byla prijemna a snazila se situaci resit.
