Very quiet and comfortable apartment with a quick tram connection to the city center. In case of any questions, the host was available by phone.

Bezproblémové vše

The apartment is very comfortable. The location is fantastic! It could not be easier to get there from the airport and everything you could need is within a few minutes walking distance as is much of the tourist area. For visiting attractions further out or getting to the train station for day trips elsewhere in the region, transit is very convenient. It is in a busy area so if you're very noise sensitive for sleeping you may want ear plugs. Having said that, the windows being closed does a pretty good job of soundproofing.

Janos is an amazing host! I would not hesitate to rent from him again anytime I wanted to spend time in Budapest, which I may well do in the future. Check-in was a breeze, is communication is excellent and he's very responsive to any and all questions. At the end of my stay, unfortunately, the apartment above was having work done that impacted this apartment. He responded immediately to the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that the circumstances outside both of our control did not impact me, putting me up at a nearby hotel while he immediately addressed the issue.
I think most hosts are great when everything goes smoothly. You find out who the really fantastic hosts are when things do not go smoothly. Janos is 10/10.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for two couples. Its location was excellent, just a short walk from Prague’s Old Town and all the main historical attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Well located apartment for exploring the city, and easy to reach public transport. The neighbourhood has plenty of restaurants and shops, and there are parks nearby. The apartment is quite small, but for one person it is fine.

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. It is very close to public transportation, restaurants and supermarkets. The only negative is that the entrance to the apartment is two floors underground and that area smells.

Great apartment in a central location near several parks.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and everything you would need for a long or even short stay. Its location is great too, I could rely on public transport to get me anywhere. Communication with the host was great, she is absolutely lovely and very responsive. I would gladly stay again next time I'm in Sofia.

Clean apartment with lovely terrace

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in São Sebastião. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with the basics needed for a short-term stay. It's location was very good with plently of restaurants, shops and supermarket close by. The Metro station is literally right outside the front door so very convenient. The host was super-responsive to any questions we had or anything that we needed. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Vse v poradku, ocenujeme vstricnost, kdyz jsme potrebovali ubytovani prodlouzit. Komunikace skvela, cokoliv bylo potreba, vyresily jsme snadno a rychle. Byt je prostorny a cisty.

Good place

It was a clean and nice apartment equipped with everything you might need. Kitchen essentials and a washing machine were also available. The host was kind and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great. I didn't experience any issues. No heating or cooling problems either the AC worked very well. Hot water was available immediately without delay. The location is super central, just a few minutes away from bus stops, supermarkets and everything else. Everything was great, thank you!

The best apart hotel!

Bylo by třeba trochu udržovacích prací. Povolené zásuvky, sprchová baterie, proleželá matrace postele, utržené uchycení okenní žaluzie. Jinak vybavení maličkého bytu poskytuje vše potřebné pro kratší pobyt.

Marin was so helpful during my stay. If I come to Zagreb again I will prefer this house.

The apartment was home-clean. What was striking: the energy was also home-clean. Bright. Filled with sun light.
It felt like someone lived there. I stay in airbnb's since 2015. This one was the most equipped: it has everything.
Stairs are steep, but paying attention is enough.
The area is perfect. Excellent bars and historic restaurants one block away. Excellent supermarket too. Charming. It's the historic center, after all.
Sofa will require renovation at some point.
Maurice always answered promptly. There were no problems, but they would have been solved. He agreed two times to extend my stay. He cares.

This is a wonderful flat, quite spacious, even more then it looks like on the pictures. Bed and sofa are comfy, has all you need to feel at home and it's easy to maintain. Hosts contact person is responsive, as there were several issues which were handled. Area is nice, with plenty of shops around, a metro station and a beautiful avenue right behind the corner.
Downsides would be no oven (it was mentioned on the site in time of booking, unfortunately I have a health condition and how I prepare food matters so this was a bit limiting), not much daylight exposure due to flat orientation and wall shared with the rental next is on the thinner side. Overall nice place to book as a short term rental.

Good place to stay for a short stay or visiting Budapest. Not far from a bus that takes you Straight to Kálvin Tér in city center. Has AC which is very nice in the Summer.

The location is very central but quiet, Nadia is very welcoming and chill, great access to the beach and museums (and also public transport like train or bus).
