I stayed in Irena's flat for my 10-month Erasmus stay in Prague. Irena was always very helpful and answered quickly if something was the matter. She doesn't know a lot of English, but we managed to communicate just fine via Google Translate.

The flat itself was very nice. It has everything you need and there's a bus stop right outside the door, so getting into the city center is no problem. The street is pretty busy and it can get a bit loud with the windows open but I personally wasn't really bothered. There's lots of stores close to the flat (most important ones being Billa and Lidl) but also restaurants and a park right behind the building that is fantastic for runs or watching the sunset.

I already miss Prague and can only recommed Irena's flat :)

Daniela is a truly perfect landlord! I've never seen such a helpful landlord in my life.
Firstly I want to mention that she helped me a lot with documents needed for a visa by getting them, verificating them by notary, and then sending to another (!) country to me.
You will never encounter any problems in her place. Something got broken or something unexpected happened? You'll get help from Daniela as soon as possible.
She is also speaking perfect english which is kinda rare in Brno so you won't have any troubles with communication.
Speaking about the place, overall it is just all good. Everything is working perfectly, and it looks indeed cozy.
Sadly, this place now is sold but if you will ever encounter another place with Daniela as a landlord on flatio - do not miss it!

Lucie has been an absolutely amazing landlord from day 1. I needed help with documents for my visa and she was swift and efficient. She was always quick to respond to messages about any issues I may have had (literally within a few minutes) and has been so friendly! She made my stay in Prague all the more comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone and am sad I cannot give her a higher rating. You will not regret renting from her. The apartment is also beautiful and in one of the best locations in Prague!

Milena was a lovely host, and her apartment was very comfortable for my five-week stay in Prague. I enjoyed the small balcony, cooked a couple of meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and slept well in the large bed. I really appreciated the fact that it was a true one-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen/living and sleeping spaces—I can't sleep in my kitchen! I didn't need to contact Milena during my stay, but when I reached out at the end to arrange the return of the keys, she responded immediately. Both of our in-person interactions, at the start and end of my stay, were friendly and efficient—I was moved in in about ten minutes, and out in five.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The only feedback we'd provide is that the bed was a little too firm for our liking, however the hospitality Tomas showed us easily overpowered that small aspect. Beautiful grounds, safe location with easy access to the best parts of town, and a modern studio with everything you could ever need. Seriously, we'd stay here forever if we could. Even our dogs enjoyed the place and took a liking to Tomas. Would recommend this place to any and everyone!
