Felt like coming home.

I was very satisfied with my rented home, it was a great place to live. I found the owner easy to cooperate, and communication was consistently very good.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect – close to public transport and shops, which made everything super convenient. The place was lovely and had everything I needed. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with my choice and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a short-long term stay in Girona. It's very well located, well equipped and extremely clean (thanks to weekly cleaning service). Bernadette is also a fantastic landlord, she is extremely responsive to any requests we may have, super polite and by far the most professional and attentive landlord I've had the pleasure of renting from.

A cosy apartment in the perfect location

The rented home is in the middle of the town. The owner is helpful and friendly. The airport is near so there is sometimes quite a bit of noise.

A lovely apartment in the charming Campo de Ourique area, with beautiful trees that add to the peaceful atmosphere. The space is filled with sunshine and natural light, making it feel warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly responsive and cooperative — we are truly grateful for his support.

Cute apartment just a few minutes walk from town centre. The kitchen also has everything you need for cooking. Wifi excellent too.

Lukas was a great host, the apartment is well located and furnished tastefully. We really enjoyed the space and the extras he provided for us, and he was always in touch if we needed something. It's easy to get everywhere in Prague from the flat.

Chalet and the views are absolutely beautiful. Luis and his mom were wonderful to talk and cooperate with. Driving anywhere was quite long, but worth the stay.

Comfortable, well-kept, well-equipped apartment, fantastically located. On the one hand, beautiful, renovated Karlin full of restaurants and bars, and on the other hand, it is not too loud and close to green areas. Excellently connected both to the old town and the rest of the city. An ideal place to visit Prague.

Lovely host, timely answers and a great support with some tips!

The apartment is amazing. It was clean and had everything I needed. It is sunny and you can see the sea from the balcony, which is amazing. The apartment is really lovely and the hosts are so nice and welcoming. They explain everything, how it works, what is near, and they are always available to you. They also inform you about interesting events happening in Split. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to return.

Mirka's apartment impresses with its central location and upscale furnishings! The apartment was very clean, modern and in top condition. The apartment is also suitable for expats due to its furnishings. Weekend guests will definitely appreciate the central location and proximity to bars in the Jewish quarter.

Vitor and the staff were great. They were kind and attentive to any issues we had. We really appreciated everything they did for us. The staff also did a really good job keeping the common areas clean. That is much appreciated as well. My only issue with the apartment is that there's a fair amount of traffic noise from the busy road. Fortunately, it was much quieter at night. There's not much the owner and staff can do about the traffic, and we mostly got used to it. The amount of noise may also vary, depending on which side of the house your room is on.

Absolutely perfect! The apartment is well decorated and cozy. Plus it’s located close to public transportation so it’s very easy to get around the city. The landlords are kind and responsive to any issues.

Had a lovely stay in Budapest thanks to David. Very prompt in his responses, and very helpful and kind. :) The flat has supermarkets, corner stores and many cafes and restaurants at a walking distance, or very easily accessible by public transport. The flat is very central, less than 5 minutes away from Oktogon. It's small and cozy, with all amenities you could need for short or longer stays (plates, cutlelry, washing machine, gas-based stovetop and oven, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc.) Area is relatively quiet, as are the neighbours. Possible cons of the place: There is only one heater, situated in the bedroom, so the kitchen and bathroom can get a bit cold during the winter months. This can be remedied by baking things in the oven, or taking a hotter shower respectively, as it also warms up the room. :) The apartement also has very little natural sunlight, facing the inner courtyard away from the sun. But there are many lights, lamps and fairy lights to keep the place bright. Overall very satisfied with the experience, David was a lovely host, and everything was communicated clearly. Would wholeheartedly reccomend. :)

We have stayed at Sverker house almost a month and it was an amazing time. Check in was effortless, Sverker gave us a lot of hints about neighbourhoods, location of the closest shops, bakery etc. We haven't met Sverker during our stay as he was abroad but if needed we communicated through WhatsApp. House is as shown on photos, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and living room. If you plan to work from Madeira, internet connection was good, however there is in practice one desk which is sufficient to do a work. In the kitchen there is all essential equipment (oven, coffee machine, pan, cutlery etc). The view from apartment is amazing.

If this scale had a higher rating than 10, I would definitely give it to the landlord and accommodation. Sofia is an incredible person! Since we were a non-EU country visitor with a long stay, we had numerous bureaucratic and administrative tasks to complete. Sofia was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to assist us. She was incredibly supportive and promptly responded to every request I made. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially the landlord!
