Great experience during my stay at Zagreb, Josip is a great landlord! He makes sure that everything is okay during your stay. The flat is near a tram station that connects Utrina with the rest of Zagreb, there is a supermarket nearby, a lake for running, I had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommended place to stay!

The apartment was great for what we needed, lovely location by the best park in the city and lovely terrace which got plenty of sun. The space was very quiet and calm. Paulo was a great landlord - quick to respond and help.

Martin and Klara are lovely people. They came back from a weekend away to find me crumpled and bleeding on the concrete. Jetlagged, I had tripped on a step and hit my head and both knees. Klara is a doctor and bandaged scrapes everywhere, then checked up on me later. I was deeply appreciative.:)

This was a marvelous stay in Risan. I'm a digital nomad and have lived all over the world. This apartment has to be one of the best I've ever experienced for work and pleasure. First, it's brand new, and cooly decorated. All the amenities are new and top-notch. The internet was highspeed for working. The mattresses were super comfortable (I tried both beds) for sleeping; the view is spectacular overlooking the Bay of Kotor. There's great swimming spot within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment that takes you to Perast and Kotor. Perast is 3 km away, an easy walk. The landlord and family make the apartment especially fantastic. They are super attentive, kind, and accommodating in every way. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment and experience to anyone interested in learning about and living in Montenegro.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and in perfect condition. The location was also perfect, since it is just couple minutes walk to restaurants, boardwalk and all places Funchal has to offer. Parking was a big plus as we had a car rented multplie times. We stayed with our 1 year old daughter and high chair, bed and everyhting else was also provided. The apartment was also safe for the baby. Hugo was exceptional host. Met us at check in to show us around and let us know how everything works. He also provided list for things to see, visit and eat in, which was very helpful and we ended up doing most of the things on there. Overall can recommend to anyone that want to visit this beautiful island.

Das Apartment war perfekt für unsere Zeit hier – direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem wahnsinnig ruhig. Man kommt aus der Tür und ist direkt im Altstadt-Trubel. Auch sonst war die Wohnung geräumig und ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ein paar Macken gab es in der Wohnung (z.B. kaputte Mikrowelle, topfendes Rohr im Bad), die aber keineswegs störten und ohne Probleme schnell zu beheben sind. Der nächste Mieter wird davon bestimmt nichts mehr mitbekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und man hatte auf jeden Frage eine Antwort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen und waren zufrieden.

We really liked the apartment. It is small but well located and you don't feel the heat of the touristy city center even though you are right in it. Contact was fast and very polite.

We stayed in this house from March to November and were absolutely delighted. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many fruit trees, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Inside, there is plenty of air and space, easily accommodating six people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The veranda is fully equipped for barbecues, making outdoor dining a true pleasure. The property also features a fantastic swimming pool where we spent countless enjoyable hours during the summer. On cooler days, we loved the option to light the fireplace, adding a touch of comfort and warmth. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and its location is very convenient: just 15 minutes to hypermarkets, 40 minutes to Lisbon, and 30 minutes to the ocean. Public transport provides easy access to Lisbon, which was very convenient. Parking was never an issue, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly. We adored the charming village where the house is located, and the neighboring cats often came to visit, adding extra charm to our stay. Special thanks to the landlords, who were incredibly responsive and honest. They solved any issues immediately and were always eager to help, ensuring that our rental experience was completely smooth. The process of moving in and out was seamless. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a great area. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always helpful and responsive.

The apartment is new, comfortable, and has everything that you need. It also is in a really great location. The apartment is on the third floor facing the street. You will hear the traffic and metro noise, but you will get used to it. Thankfully the windows help with some of the noise. The landlord is very friendly and made me feel welcome. The whole process was easy. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is very cute and it is to the way it's advertised. It has the necessities for a longer stay. We rented it for 35 days. It even had a space us to be able to work. Joana was very attentive and pleasant. The church across the apartment would ring the church bells every hour (not throughout the night) and the Saturday market was always enjoyable to get our fresh fruit, veggies and of course the bread . There's a bakery around the corner which enjoyed walking to. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a brilliant stay in the apartment and didn’t want to leave. I’d definitely stay again if I was to come back to Lisbon. I stayed September - mid-November. For me the fan was enough during the hotter days as there was also a lot of breeze that would come through the windows. I only used the heater once but it warmed the place up nicely. I worked in the apartment every day and the wifi was fast and reliable. I really appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped and had basics like salt, pepper and oil when I arrived. It’s up a little street and the street stays well lit at night and I always felt safe, even at night. At night, I’d walk up R. São Cristóvão rather than the side streets as it’s also well lit and busy. The bed upstairs was very comfy. You do have to duck down when you are upstairs but this wasn’t a problem for me. Another benefit of having the bed up there is it’s quiet at night. Maurice was great at communication. I had one issue while I stayed and it was fixed very quickly and without any hassle. It is on the top floor so be prepared to climb up some stairs but the climb is worth it for such a gem!
