Sprchový kout a stoly špinavé, koberce nevyluxované. V bytě byl hodně slyšet noční klub z přízemí, který hrál v pátek a sobotu do ~4 ráno. Jinak lokace bytu perfektní, na ulici klid. 2 pokoje byly útulné. Komunikace s majitelem dobrá, na požádání přinesl novou žehličku.

It's a good price for a single guy, maybe a couple, but keep in mind it is a very basic apartment, and beside a busy road under construction. The photos need to be updated with this information, which surprised me when I arrived. You cannot use multiple appliances or there will be a power outage. The toilet must be flushed multiple times, and there is very little space to hang your laundry. I am a single man so these things did not bother me too much. LANDLORD'S REPLY: Dear Mathew, unfortunately during your stay last year there were some works on the street that lasted a couple of weeks but they have never affected the view . Everything is like in the picture! Enjoy the ocean!

The flat is renewed, beautiful and clean. There is no air conditioner, it was very HOT inside the flat. There is no desk and chair. The electricity wiring has a problem and circuit board trips occasionally. The landlord is good-tempered but not enough loyal about the technical problems in the flat.

the apartment was not comfortable for us and we were in a hurry to move out as soon as possible. The apartment was not well cleaned and there was a web in the corners and the terrace was frankly dirty, during our stay, we were 2 days without hot water, and on the last week of our stay, the bathroom started to leak, but it took several days for the master to come, but we have already left by the moment.

Not the best flat, but a really nice owner

The room was big and confortable, Ana received me, invited me to meet the place and do a hiking near the house, was a nice host.

It was a great location and apartment, however the internett was pretty bad

The apartament is pleasant to the eye, but where did comfort go? The "handles" can wear out fingers and the fridge one could probably break long nails. The bed wasn't made for tired muscles and I needed bigger pillows. Nothing I sat on was comfortable even for 10 minutes. The boiler will interrupt sleep unless it's turned off. The bathroom door can barely be grabbed. The hanger wardrobe turned out to smell like paint or something similar. Trying to get rid of that smell ended in tear-inducing eye irritation. The window blinds are a mess. Expect little coverage in the bedroom. I suggest installing simple, thick roller shades asap. The big room blinds are also far from perfect due to deformation. The shower lacks the shelf and is too shallow, unless you don't mind a flood. The bedroom was sometimes difficult to keep warm despite all the heaters working, I'm quite sure the balcony door stole the warmth. Although the windows don't face the street (one of the reasons I chose the place), I could hear quite a lot from there. The inner lock got me trapped twice and once I needed an intervention to open the door. This was an expensive disappointment. What I appreciated: good washing machine, large bathroom mirror, fresh bedding, satisfying kitchenette, fast internet.

Apartmán je hezký, útulný, ale bylo zde za krátkou dobu tolik nedostatků, které pronajímatel nebyl schopen dát do pořádku a na závěr raději přestal úplně komunikovat. Postel, ze které vypadávaly při jakémkoli pohybu postupně jednotlivé trámy, nefunkční TV, neodtékající umyvadlo (to jediné technik spravil), byt mi byl předán s kompletně namraženou ledničkou, pod postelí a kolem lednice s nánosy špíny, se znečištěnými peřinami... Pobyt mi byl zkrácen o jeden den, přičemž kompenzací měl být závěrečný úklid za 800Kč gratis, bohužel podle toho to v apartmánu nevypadalo... Jedná se o krásnou rezidenci v centru Prahy ovšem toto jednání tomu vůbec neodpovídalo. Co se týče zázemí samotného domu, vše bez problému, klidné, čisté, na recepci moc milí lidé...

Velmi hezký byt. Vše čisté a nové. Pro delší pobyty by bylo fajn mít k dispozici smeták a další základní vybavení k úklidu. Velkou nevýhodou je, že jde přes stěnu velmi slyšet hluk z vedlejšího apartmánu (televize, hudba, hlasitý hovor). A já jsem měla "štěstí" na velmi hulvátského souseda. V celé budově jsou ubytovaní hlavně mladí lidé, takže celkově bylo v budově dost hluku. Už bych se zde znovu neubytovala.

Спасибо большое сотрудникам отеля за комфортное проживание! Я изначально сняла эту комнату, так как она находится близко к центру, я знаю этот район и цена вполне приемлема. Я арендовала комнату с собственной ванной. Кухня была общая. Моя аренда была долгосрочной, так как я студент и рассчитывала жить там около полугода. +: Большая двухспальная кровать, телевизор, шаговая доступность до транспорта, магазинов, центра города. -: кухня общая, высокая цена на стирку. Большое спасибо сотрудникам отеля за помощь и отзывчивость!

Nepříliš vřelá komunikace ze strany majitele

Bohuzel, mela jsem sptanou zkusenost s pronajmem. Priletela jsem v noci a hned na zacatku citila jsem, ze v byte pravidelne koureli. V inzeratu je jasne napsano, ze koureni v byte zakazano, ale to tak neni. Zapach cigaret bylo citit vsude a navic tam bylo tolik spiny: lahvicky, uctenky a nejake veci od predchozich najemcu pod posteli a gaucem, ze bylo to fakt hrozny. Nemohla jsem tam vubec spat a musela jsem najit novy byt a stehovat se. Bonusovkou bytu bylo taky, ze se nachazi v 4. patre budovy bez vytahu coz samozrejme neni soucasti inzeratu. I kdyz majitel reagoval rychle a vse jse vyresili hned, zadnou slevu za 4 pronajatych dni nenabidl, zaplatila jsem 100% za tu nocni muru. Zrejme ten byt nedoporucuji.

Owner was pretty kind, quick response, always supportive. But system of renting this apartment wasn’t that easy to be honest. Fist you will have to go their office to get a key, and you will move to the apartment you will rent. And apartment it self wasn’t that clean, found a cigarette butt in the bed, a lot of dirt on the shelve, dish washer doesn’t open all the way, hair dryer wasn’t work at all, dishes are not super clean... Second day of stay owner provide cleaning lady for me, it was nice. But bit scared that someone will come while my all stuff is in that apartment... Location was great, owner was always nice, just hope they will change the system bit better. Thank you. Airi

Staying in touch with Blaza was super easy

Julia is great and easy to contact. The apartment is super well equipped, spacy and modern. Absolutely everything we needed as a family. The apartment has a bit of a problem with mold in the master bedroom. Good to know if you are sensitive to mold.

Richard was a very friendly and welcoming host. The reaction time to any question or request was almost instantanious. This stretched from things like an earlier arrival and handing over keys, solving issues with the internet or adjusting the contract. I cannot underline too much, how rare this is! The property itself was a little bit too cozy and had it's quirks, but hey, it was just as advertised and came with the whole flatio package (plus, some beer in the fridge ;-) ). So no surprises there. The location of the property is really good, making it a great place to slowly start to getting to know Prague. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay!
