Я к жилью во время отпуска не очень привередливый, но комфорт конечно предпочтительней. Предоставленная мне Мирославом квартира удовлетворила мои потребности на 100%. Расположена в тихом месте и в то же время практически в центре Праги, все удобства присутствуют. Мирослав очень добродушный и внимательный хозяин, возникающие вопросы решает очень оперативно.
Если в следующем году поеду в Прагу, а пока я это планирую, то обязательно попытаюсь арендовать жилье у Мирослава.

Mariana and Daniel has made everything to make our stay perfect. We felt as if we were visiting with the close friends. Everything needed was purchased for the flat so that we didn't have to purchase anything - from toilet paper to various household chemistry. They helped us with meaningful advice in all our endeavours, ranging from entertainment to finding a school for our child.
They are the best hosts we ever met in our lives.

The farm villa was a dream home that included peaceful mornings, farm settings, gorgeous views, and every single accommodation provided. You will not lack anything in your stay here. So many interesting "coincidences" led me to meet Moniek. We turned out to have a lot in common with her. It's a pleasure to meet you.
A beautiful completely unusual apartment that reflects the spirit of the owner. Bright, atmospheric, full of plants and perfect for long term living. The lack of air conditioning is not noticed at all, as the windows face both sides of the house and the apartment is perfectly ventilated. The house itself has a history, you can feel it in every detail. Excellent location allows you to get to the most interesting places of the city in a reasonable time. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and stores around.

We loved the location of Vera's flat in Ribamar. The neighbours were also great and very friendly. The flat was slightly bigger than I thought, very well equipped, very bright and clean. It was extremely easy to communicate with Vera as she was responsive and always provided the information we needed or tips to help us adjust (especially given that we were brand new to Portugal). All in all a great experience, I would book this flat again without hesitation!

This apartment is situated in an incredibly convenient part of Budapest. During my three-month stay, I rarely needed my public transport pass because everything was just a short walk away.

The second stop of the airport shuttle bus, Astoria M, is a mere 2–3 minutes walk from the apartment, making it very easy to access, even with heavy luggage in tow.

The building, and especially the inner courtyard, are very beautiful, and there's a well-known café on the first floor that adds to its charm.

As for the apartment itself, the living room faces the main street, so you can expect some traffic noise. However, it was never loud enough to be a bother. The bedroom, facing the inner yard, is pleasantly quiet.

I also have to mention the landlord, who was always kind and quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. It made my stay all the more comfortable.

Communication between myself and the owner was excellent. Whenever I had a question, he responded quickly and efficiently. The accommodation was very good value for its price point, with all the basics you need. It was also quiet, and I enjoyed being able to open the door to a small courtyard where I could sit and have coffee in the morning. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience. The location is perfect. There are grocery stores and coffee shops nearby. The underground station is an easy 4-minute walk away. You're in Old Town Square within 15 minutes.

Lovely, well-arranged apartment for 1 or 2 persons. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the little patio with a gorgeous view over the city! Lisbeth has been very helpful throughout my stay and always found a quick solution faced to minor inconveniences (need of a ventilator, internet not functioning, etc.) The neighbourhood is overly calm and the apt close to the city center (15 min walk) but uphill on your way back so take this into consideration. If needed, there are buses around and taxis are affordable from the city centre (4-6€/ride).

Markus is a great host and super kind. He greeted us when we first arrived to show us around the apartment. He even left us sangria, beer and snacks in the fridge and a whole container of water. He was super attentive and alsways checked in with us to make sure we are comfortable. the apartment it is great and comfortable with AC which is much needed in the hot spanish summer.
