This is a little gem located right at the Douro River. We have spent 2 months there during lockdown. The views, the walks , the promenade right outside makes this a treasure at any time. The apartment is perhaps in the best possible location. It is fully equiped and there is nothing to worry about, you have everything you require here. We took a long walk one Sunday to Matosinhos via the river and beaches. At every turn you experienced a different vista. We have travelled the whole French Riviera and some of this walk is reminiscent of the little villages along the Riviera. There was also a fantastic locally produced market in the park adjacent to the river. It is a 12km walk one way in total but well worth the walk especially on a balmy Sunday afternoon. If you are visiting the beautiful city of Porto you cannot beat this apartment.

Great flat for a small family. It's a quiet street close to different parks and restaurants.

A tulaj segítőkész volt, de a fürdőből többszöri szellőztetés és légfrissítő használat után is dohány szag áradt. Fürdéskor a víz a forró és a jéghideg között váltakozott és ragadtak a konyhai bútorok.

Byt má perfektní polohu v okolí v dosahu metra i tramvají. Je vhodnější pro jednu osobu, pro kterou je dostatečně prostorný. Byt je uzpůsoben pro dlouhodobější pobyt, při kterém mi nic nechybělo. Ačkoliv je dům situován u větší a rušnější ulice, tak byt, který je orientován do vnitrobloku, je velice klidný a provoz nebyl vůbec slyšitelný.

The apartment was very nice, well arranged and modern. The area is ideal, in the center of Prague near the shops and tourist places.

Katerina flat is an amazing place to stay, it's central, there are parks and restaurants in the neighborhood and close to public transport. The flat itself neat and tidy. It has a luxurious feel, comfortable bed. Complete kitchen and will be good for 1-2 person to stay. It's very quiet even it's in a busy city but the apartment is in the quiet part. Katerina herself is a great host, she answers my question very fast and when I had a problem with the kitchen light she tries to solve it immediately. Don't hesitate to book this amazing place when you look for a place to stay in Prague.

byt je velmi zajímavý, prospěla by mu ale rekonstrukce (okna profukují, voda ve sprše teče slabým proudem a pak vás najednou opaří a pak zase studená, hodně světel ve stropě nefunguje). S majitelem bezproblémová domluva.

Daniel was very helpful and he was able to get back to my messages very fast. The location of the house is great! 194 The bus stop is right in front of the house. You can throw your garbage in the apartment. Incoming people need to know only; The house is actually in another house. But the other door is closed. Cleaning supplies in common room. The first door of this apartment is steel, but the second door is like a room door. It doesn't look very safe. You can lock it, but if you forget, your door can be opened without a key. You should definitely lock the key and leave it on. There is no dishwasher and I think the kitchen equipment is not enough. The pots are too big or too small. There is one very large blade for cutting. Attention for the heating system! When you first enter the common area, there is a thermostat there. If the other house turns off the temperature, you will be cold. The boiler is in your home and your boiler makes noise when the next room takes a shower. You can hear this very comfortably. Because there are 2 houses in the house. You can find clean towels and sheets in the common room, but Daniel has already put it inside the house. I witnessed the street noise as I was working from home. Because it is a luxury location and a lot of luxury cars are loud. There is a child in your neighbor's house making noise to you. You can hear the noises because the house is old. The photos of the apartment are old. It is the same but needs to be pulled again recently. Many things are old.

Super great location in a historic and charming neighborhood. The private room and common areas are fully-furnished with all the necessary equipments for mid-term stays. The private room is super-cosy with nice view to the castle. Owner is super-kind, flexible and always cooperated whenever we need help.

Naprosto skvělý byt s domácí atmosférou. Nic v bytě nechybělo, vybavení super, lokalita super, a je tam příjemný klid. Komunikace s majitelkou na jedničku, vše proběhlo v pořádku.

Perfect small flat for one person. The flat is newly renovated and everything works well. Cosy and functional. Keeps warm in the winter and cold in the summer. The landlord is super accommodating, helpful and friendly!
