The apartment is a real gem in the heart of Budapest, right next to the Parlaiment, Danube, walking distance to Margitsziget and all the shopping you may look for. Nora, the owner is an exceptional host, she takes care of everything you might need in a fully furnished home. This place is highly recommended for all, equally great for short or extended stays. It is also very safe, highly guarded area and has excellent transport connections to all part of the city. I had a wonderful time here, thank you Nora.

Náš pobyt u hostiteľky Ekateriny bol úplne bezproblémový. S naším psíkom sme potrebovali dočasný prenájom, kým sa presťahujeme do vlastného, a tento byt bol pre nás naozaj výhrou. Nielenže má úžasnú atmosféru – vysoké stropy robia z tohto štúdia veľmi vzdušný priestor – ale máte tu k dispozícii všetko potrebné. Bytovka má výťah, takže sa bez problémov presťahujete aj s veľkými krabicami. Komunikácia s hostiteľkou bola blesková a odovzdanie kľúčov prebehlo presne podľa dohody. Byt je moderný, čistý a v kuchyni nechýba nič – od varnej kanvice, práčky so sušičkou, až po umývačku riadu. Ako ľudia, ktorí milujú prírodu a prechádzky, sme ocenili prekrásny a pokojný park Podviní v tesnej blízkosti bývania. Aj keď sa byt nachádza pri rušnej ceste – čo je však výhoda, keďže tramvaj máte priamo pri dverách – vôbec nás to nerušilo. Supermarket Lidl a obchodný dom Harfa sú hneď za rohom a do centra je to len pár zastávok metrom zo stanice Českomoravská pri O2 aréne. Blízkosť O2 arény nám vôbec nevadila, keďže sme nepočuli žiadny hluk. Hodnotíme celkovo 10/10 a taktiež 4/4 labiek! :D Ekaterina, ďakujeme za všetko. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma. :)

Great stay!

The hosts are very attentive. When we arrived late at night, we found the double bed in the living room already made up for us, which was a very kind gesture. They are flexible with check-in and check-out times for us. I think that's important. The location is excellent, and the house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended for a stay in Budapest.

I have lived in the same apartment at my second time in Budapest and i'll look for an opportunity to rent again whenever i am in the city. A flat with all needs and a magnificent view of liberty bridge. 11 out of 10.

We had an exceptional stay in this Valencia flat. The host was incredibly responsive from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded expectations — spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It genuinely felt more like staying in a boutique hotel than a rental. Everything was brand new, high quality, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and elevated experience. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

A localização é ideal, um dos melhores bairros de Lisboa. Tranquilo, seguro, próximo à rede de metrô, à universidade, à Calouste Gulbenkian e ao excelente Jardim do Campo Grande. O apartamento é pequeno mas funciona muito bem. Para algumas pessoas, pode ser complicado subir as escadas na entrada, mas para nós não foi um problema. No período de chuva (fevereiro), ficou muito úmido, mas em 2026 as tempestades foram atípicas.

Wonderful appartment in a calm street with many things on walking distance or close to a metro station (Kálvin tér). Good and clear communication with the renting office. The appartment has everything you need to live comfortably.

A great place to stay! Lovely unit and excellent location. A few minutes walk from the center of Vila Nova de Gaia, Lusi I bridge, Metro stations, shopping areas, etc. The neighborhood is quiet. The rooms are exactly as described in the photos. The amenities are prepared well for guest to stay comfortably. Sonia is professional and easy to communicate with. She always responded to my question/request as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place!
