Byt dobře zařízen a na přechodné bydlení naprostý ideál.
I přes menší problémy byl majitel vždy vstřícný a nápomocný a prakticky vše bylo vyřešeno, jak nejrychleji být mohlo.

Krásně čistý, světlý byteček. Spousta úložného prostoru, najdete vše, co potřebujete a o umísténí bytu ani nemluvím. Krásné Vinohrady a Riegrovy sady jsou velice příjemným prostředím.

I am very satisfied overall.
In the whole four months that I spent in the apartment I felt very welcome and at home.
Everything necessary was available in the apartment. I also liked the location very much.
During the Corona lookdown in Prague I could recover very well in the apartment and did not feel restricted.
I was able to successfully complete my semester abroad during this time and I was able to find a second home for the time I spend in Prague. Many thanks for the opportunity and the good accommodation.

Marketa was an amazing host. Super helpful with everything I needed. The accommodation was of great standard, very well kept and clean. The location was exactly what I needed, in a nice area with good transport links. I would highly recommend!

Domluva s majitelem byla naprosto bezproblémová, byt je krásný a velmi útulně a prakticky zařízený. V bytě je prakticky vše, co může člověk k pobytu potřebovat. Velkou výhodou je i střešní terasa, zvlášť v letním období.

We stayed 6 months in this apartment with our toddler. It has all the basics you need it, it feels spacious for 2 rooms and the main bed is absolutely lovely. Kitchen is designed nicely and has the perfect height! Location wise you have everything in arms reach and it is well recommended to check out the nearby bakery Alfabet that serves homeroasted coffee and amazing bread/pastries! If you have kids there is a couple of nearby playgrounds and parks and the area is great during the summer.

Only minus is that humidity can get a bit high during the summer due to airflow in the apartment - but that is just due to how the apartment was build back in the day.

Finally, Mária and her husband are very nice people, helpful and react fast regarding any issues you should have!

Vkusně zařízený a plně vybavený byt má prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňskou stěnou, která je moderně zařízena. Bydleli jsme zde s malým dítětem, proto jsme ocenili úložné prostory na chodbě a pohodlnou manželskou postel v ložnici. Vše bylo čisté a jako nové, v bytě se nám moc dobře bydlelo. Nemalou zasluhu na tom má i příjemná a ochotná majitelka.
Velkými výhodami bytu se nám zdálo neplacené parkování před domem, možnost využití předzahrádky s trávníkem a hlavně poloha v klidné vilové zástavbě blízko přírody s MHD téměř za rohem. Byt rozhodně doporučujeme, i k delšímu pobytu.

I stayed in Matej's flat for one more month. After two-month lockdown in Prague, everything is back to normal this month. The accommodation is just as good as I commented before. BTW, summer in Prague is kinda very hot, but the flat is still cool without an air conditioner.

The 5 month stay in this apartment has been exellent. The flat is beautiful and personal with all the nesessary items for youf daily life. The location is a dream in a good neighborhood, other residents of the house are friendly and quiet at evening and night. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. The landlord is such a welcoming, cheerful and helpful person. She was always available. Even during the pandemic, she was always there when I needed her and helped me out immediately! I had a pleasant stay!

apartment is spacious, clean and in perfect location with a lot of coffee shops and everything you might need ( the best point is in Prague well known Artic bakery just across the street for fresh bakery) .
