Ubytování perfektní, poloha skvělá, spolupráce s majitelkou byla také v pořádku. V bytě mi nic nechybělo. Nemám co vytknout.

I rented Michaela's flat for about 2 weeks for my business trip. I stayed there with my business partner. If you don't need flat in the touristic center of Prague, but rather a quiet part with access to public transport, shopping center and places to eat, you can't go wrong with this offer. It's in fantastic location, just 5-7 min walk from Andel metro station, Bus Stop & Tram stop. 10 minutes to square with most bank branches, and various pubs and cafes. 10-15 min walk to New Smichov shopping center (Tesco supermarket is also located there). The apartment is not a luxury, but there's everything you need, it's clean, cozy and super quiet location. Only thing I wish there was is washing machine (still Michaella provides washing service for an extra fee, or you can use washing service which is near). Michaella is a very kind person, who is always willing to help you and can solve any issue very fast. And last but one of the important things: You can't go wrong with the price MIchaella is offering for this flat. It's much more affordable than similar listings nearby. I'm really happy and would highly recommend this apartment.

The studio was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very easy to find, very convenient, clean. My favorite thing was the heated bathroom floor. Great place to stay.

Byt je příjemný a skvěle umístěný. Hned za rohem zastávka metra a několika tramvají, Nicméně v létě nebo v horkých dnech se umí byt rozpálit na velmi vysoké teploty. Majitelka velmi milá. Vše bez problémů.

Michal was really helpful and quick to communicate back. The house is spacious and lovely!

Ubytování bylo bez problémů a byt je blízko centra i spousty zajímavých míst v Karlíně, určitě bych ubytování doporučil. Jedině nábytek a kuchyň jsou trochu starší, ale to nám určitě nijak moc nevadilo. ///// Our stay was without an issue, the flat is close to the center and a lot of interesting places in Karlín, I would recommend the stay for sure. Only negative could be an older furniture and kitchen, but that is definitely something we were not too bothered about.

Very nice, clean, tidy and warm place to stay in during visiting Prague, the down is very close by car 5-10min. Or underground 7 minutes only. I'm highly recommending to try this flat.

Velmi příjemné, korektní a rychlé jednání. V bytě je všechno co je potřeba, profesionálně připravený návod. Super atmosféru kazila jen staba naproti, ale to ovlivnit nelze. Paní Petra se dokázala povznést i nad náš asi o dvě hodiny pozdější odjezd z bytu, za což děkujeme ... Lze jen doporučit.

Majitel bytu je vstřícný a ochotný. Po celou dobu pobytu probíhalo vše bez problémů. Při náhodné poruše pračky, okamžitě zjednal nápravu. Děkuji za přejemné bydlení. DW
