Everything was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you need.

David is a great landlord. He is punctual and friendly and was always there to help if any complication appeared.

The flat is nice as well, it looks cozy and modern. It contains all the facilities apart from vacuum cleaner. Although it faces the street, I never heard any noise from there so the isolation is good. During colder days I could always set up the heating so that it was warm enough inside.

The location could not be better, metro and trams (+night route) are around the corner and Karlín itself is a clean and silent district very close to the city center at the same time.

Všechno fajn. Paní majitelka by měla dát větší důraz publikaci okolí bytu... procházky kolem vody.. dětské hřiště.. příroda.. to je to co se počítá. Chyběli mi trochu domácí spotřebiče jako mixér, hnětač, tyčový mixér a normální kávovar. Jinak fajn, moc fajn. Jo a taky více skříní :)

We loved our two month stay as study abroad students. Perfect area close to parks and beer gardens. Just a tram/metro away from old town and the main center of the city

The flat is perfect (well located, a lot of equipment, not so expensive...) and the owner is very nice.
I recommend !

Very nice and bright room in nice area behind castle.

Great location and house, clean and quiet apartment with big bathroom and storage room.

AMAZING PLACE!!!!

The flat is fully equipped with everything you can imagine. The internet was strong. Table and chair are great for working at home. Host shared with us his parking place inside the building - it was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lucie and her husband were very kind and understanding landlords, and the flat was very pleasant.

Vojtech was a great landlord. We had trouble with the wifi one day and he responded immediately with a time he could come fix it.

Zcela bezproblémové bydlení s možností parkování a dostupnou MHD.

Poloha take idealni. Blizko centra i parku. Mohu jen doporucit.
