Tömegközlekedés 2 percre, innen bárhová könnyen el lehet jutni! Valamint a szomszédok is nagyon kedvesek, biztonságos környezet, nagyon jó szomszédok! Biztos vagyok benne, hogy nagyon sokáig fog hiányozni "Alexa"!

I really enjoyed my time at the Tortuga Studio and Victoria is such an amazing hostess. She was extremely responsive and attentive and taking care of any issues that would come up at an incredible speed. The studio itself is incredibly cozy, newly built & furnished, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, only a 3 min walk away from the beach itself. This is an incredible deal, since it is possible to just jump over there and enjoy the sea in no time. Also, the Internet connection is extremely reliable and I had no issues whatsoever working remotely, taking both videocalls and uploading files. It is true that there is no proper workstation at hand, but just using the cushions and the provided chairs I managed to make it comfortable for myself. Then, the connection to Burgas is also quite good, having buses until quite late (11pm/23h) and super frequently (every 15-20min) and for cheap (about 0.80€). Sarafovo, the town where the studio is located, is actually part of Burgas now. Also, the airport is at a walkable distance, if you would like to travel here by plane. All in all, I could explore all around, without needing to have a car, which is a super positive aspect if you don't drive or dislike driving in general. I also rented a bike from a local business and enjoyed riding along the coast for a weekend. This was incredibly fun and would also recommend. It is possible to ride all the way down to a bridge on the other side of the Burgas Bay following the official bike lane. You can also reach some remote beaches over there. There are also frequent buses to Varna, Nessebar, Sozopol and Sunny Beach. To go to Nessebar and Sunny Beach you don't even need to go to Burgas at all to catch them. I'd specificalle recommend both Nessebar and Sozopol to explore. They are quite beautiful. Regarding groceries, there is a really good fruit shop very nearby on the main street and with amazing service I was always going to. Since I'm vegetarian, I don't usually go to eat out in smaller places like this one in the Balkans. But it was perfect. The kitchen had everything that was needed (Victoria even bought a microwave that I requested) and there is also a bigger supermarket, a Billa, at a walkable distance. So, all in all, the place has it all. Like I said, I really spent some amazing holidays here. If I were to name any downside, I'd say that the building felt a bit noisy sometimes (at least, during the summer time). Some nights I could hear the neighbors talking until late or there was some hammering around the walls taking place during the day (I might have been a bit unlucky regarding this. They were not that frequent, luckily enough). Also, the studio is located right next to the entrance of the building, so it felt kind of exposed and in the evening I could always hear people coming and going. But I guess this is the normal thing in this kind of newly built holiday resorts / aparthotels. And I must admit I'm quite sensitive to noise myself and really value my privacy. All in all, it is a great deal. I would sincerely recommend it

Amazing apartment, great location & even better hosts! From start to finish Rachel and Mike made this a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Brilliant communication and they went over and above to ensure everything went perfectly.

Tim’s apartment is immaculate and Valeria was so kind and helpful greeting us and making us feel at home for the duration of our stay. Tim was excellent with communicating leading into our stay and so sweet to arrange a welcome gift of fruit and wine for us. I was so taken by the apartment (exactly as pictured but photos don’t do it justice), the feeling of coming home to it and the amazing neighborhood, and I was genuinely sad to leave. So much love and respect for this place and gratitude to Tim & Valeria for making our stay possible. Would love to come back!

Очень понравился дом. Чистый и уютный. Все есть для проживания. Чистая постель , кухня и даже есть свой дворик где можно сделать барбекю. Есть парковка для машины. Приветливые хозяева, особенно Мама Анжела ! Чудесная женщина. Недалеко от океана. Из окон прекрасные виды на горы.

Cláudia’s flat was great! Such a perfect spot for longer stays in a great area. Super fast wifi and AC made all the difference while working from home in the heatwave.

Everything said in previous reviews is accurate. I’d just add that the rooms are never completely dark, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to light. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect for a short to mid-term stay, with everything conveniently located nearby.

Je suis restée 2 mois et le logement bien situé, très bien aménagé, en plein milieu du marché aux femmes, super pour manger et les courses, commerces et transport a proximité. Agréable, car proche de beaucoup de bâtiments historiques, tout peut se faire à pied. Echange avec la propriétaire en Français. Seul bémol, manque d'entretien des parties communes.

I liked Bruna’s home, it made me feel like I was at my own home. Bruna was kind and received me for check in late nearly at 11pm. I would 100% recommend her home. I have zero complaints! Isabel

We loved this apartment! The location was excellent - just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was recently renovated and very nicely done: clean, modern, and well appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home. Parking was straightforward and stress-free. Communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience—10/10!

This flat is located on a beautiful property in a scenic and quiet neighborhood. It's quite cozy and is best for one or two people, possibly three if traveling with a small child (as we were). The host and his mother, who happened to be on site, were both kind and accommodating. It's a nice place to stay, especially if you like cats.

Tamás is a great landlord, and the flat is great. This was my second time staying here, and I would absolutely rent it again!

Michaela is very sweet and chill. She always responded quickly whenever there was a problem. The neighborhood and the building were quite quiet. I understand that we weren’t maybe the best subletters or neighbors at first, as we were a bit loud — in Quebec, things tend to be livelier and noisier than in Prague, where people really value calm and quiet — but she was still incredibly kind and understanding. The place is absolutely adorable, full of light, and very well located.

We stayed in the apartment in Lisbon for five days with our family – two daughters and a baby – and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and spacious – it truly felt like home. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the host was responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to come back again in the future!
