The flat is spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of “green” outside. Maria is very kind and open to help with everything with fast responding. Her behavior is very-very friendly and you definitely will be treated very good, I can only recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Bratislava for three months, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the apartment was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is modern and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were comfortable and inviting. The space is generous, so you never feel cramped — there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best features was the garage parking space, which made it easy and safe to park my car. The apartment is also located in a very quiet area, so you can expect peaceful nights and a relaxing environment throughout your stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bratislava. Whether you're here for a short or long stay, you’ll find everything you need and more. I had 0 issues with the flat and host. Accommodation was clean and tidy upon arrival, I was met by the host's agent and was confident that if any issues arose, one of them would be contactable.

My stay at the Studio was almost perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However, my experience took an unfortunate turn after moving out. I have been charged 5,000 CZK for the repair of a faulty lock, an issue that existed from the day I moved in. Over the course of my stay, I sent three separate videos documenting the malfunctioning lock, making it clear that this was a pre-existing issue. Despite this, I am now being held financially responsible for the repair, which I find both unexpected and unfair. I have formally disputed the charge, as I do not believe tenants should bear the cost of maintenance issues that were reported multiple times during their stay. While I hope the owner replaces the lock to prevent future tenants from facing the same inconvenience, this situation has unfortunately left a disappointing final impression. It is disheartening that an unresolved maintenance issue has resulted in an unfair financial burden, overshadowing what was otherwise a fantastic 1.5-month stay.

We would give Pura and 11 if we could. Pura is a super host... kind, friendly and very attentive to our needs. She is straight round to sort out and problems and even had a new washing machine fitted within a day when the old one broke.

The house is located in a quiet location. Fantastic view from the window.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home and in this neighborhood. Sonia was an excellent host/landlord and point of contact for any questions we had during our stay. It's a comfortable house that's conveniently located in Gaia. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Flat is modern, well equipped, in a great area and comfortable. I has everything that one might need. The only think I feel was missing was the communication with the host, since it could have been more efficient. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is wonderful. It is beautiful, clean, in a great locatiom, close to everything... I had the best time there and enjoyed it very much. I stayed in the apartment for 6 months and they were definitely some of the best months of my life. This place became a home away from home. This was my first experience of living in a foreign country and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The owner is the nicest person. She is very helpful and friendly, always there to help you with anything you need. She really makes you feel at home and feel welcome. You know she is there for you and that you can rely on each other. Truly this was an amazing experience and I wish to come back soon.

This flat is nice and cozy. It has everything you need: equipped kitchen, a/c, washing machine, iron, fast and stable wi-fi. The location is perfect. Communication was exceptional. That's a great deal for the money. However, bedroom access was limited as it is the last floor and bed itseft was a bit small for two people. The bedcover is filled with feathers. Also, it is worth mentioning that smell of dampness (or mold) is noticable in the flat. Something to be aware of.

Eva was very nice and helpful landlady, very easy to communicate. Pisnice are really pleasent part of Prague with good connection to city centre. It is a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. There are a lot of opportunities for long walks. Apartment is cute, functional and humidity is easy to control if windows are opened regularly.

Great place, comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is quiet, with lots of malls and restaurants nearby. Within 5 minutes, you'll find a Lidl, and within 15 minutes, you'll find a Continente supermarket. The host is super supportive. The location of the apartment is superb—2 minutes from the metro and then 15 minutes to the city center. There is a great park, Campo Grande, nearby where you can go jogging if you like. Overall, it was the best decision to stay away from the crowded city center and to rent this flat at Telheiras, very much happy and pleased with my experience there.

The best apartment in Prague. It has everything you need, is very well equipped, in good condition, and the location is unbeatable. Very close to tourist attractions, tram and metro stops are very close and accessible. The landlord's service and communication were very pleasant.
