The apartment did not have adequate heating. Just 3 small spot heater for 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The floors were freezing cold. The stove gaz burners and oven were not hooked up to the gaz bottle, so only 2 electric heating plates and a microwave oven were available. The electrical panel would trip all the time when heaters and anything else was on at the same time. I did not meet the host as he was in south america at the time.

Una casa preciosa en un barrio calmo pero y cerca al centro de la ciudad. Tiene todo lo necesario incluso la lavavajillas. Hemos pasado 2 meses allí y todo ha pasado genial. El proprietario del piso Daniel es muy amable, 100% recomendable

The apartment is well equipped for two remote workers, including two height adjustable desks, two office chairs, good WLAN and even an extra monitor.
In November, it was cold inside, even when there were 15 to 20 degrees celsius outside. There are a radiator and three heaters, but they are not comparable with central heating.
Some of the windows don't shut properly and the curtains are shabby, too. The interior is a mixture of Grandmas old furniture and simple Ikea, and some of the furniture is broken. On the photos, it looked better than it was.
The kitchen is OK, with a small dishwasher, a freezer and a washing machine, but a limited amount of plates and mugs.
For two persons, there is enough space to live and work.

Neighborhood
The apartment is on the 5. floor of a normal house, with two parties living on each floor. The neighbors are quiet and we did't see much of them. There is no elevator.
Half of the rooms don't have windows toward the street, but to an inner court.
There are no tourists coming to that area.

It's an 8 minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to the main bus station and to the pedestrian area.

Small fan heaters as a means of heating aren't very effective, especially as it was cold when I was there. Apart from this comment, the flat is functional and the owners are friendly, as are the neighbours. Although the flat is on the 5th floor without a lift, it is not difficult to get upstairs. There are delivery services for shopping. I recommend light luggage, especially for people with a particular physical or medical condition, although the owners do their best to find help to carry luggage.

The flat is central. you don't need public transport everything is at hand.
