Great neighborhood and nice apartment with everything you’ll need.

Ksenia was a great landlord to work with. I was particularly impressed with her and her husband's attention to detail with everthing to do with the apartment. From it's wonderful design, to how completely and thoughtfully it was appointed with all the necessities and beyond, everything about the apartment and my stay there was wonderful. Thank you, Ksenia!

Neighborhood
This is the absolute best part of the best neigbourhood of Prague. I shoukd know, as I have been back and forth to Prague and this part of Vinohrady for over 20 years. In fact I now own two flats around the corner.

Ksenia is a wonderful person and a great landord. If there's any issue, she will do everything in her power to sort it out as soon as possible and will offer many alternatives. I felt very welcome in her home, which is clean, comes equipped with what you need and is warm enough for the cold season.

Ksenia has been an outstanding landlord. Her prompt responsiveness and dedication to property maintenance have made my renting experience seamless. She is fair, transparent, and ensures tenant satisfaction. Grateful for her professionalism and reliability, I highly recommend Ksenia to anyone seeking a trustworthy and accommodating landlord.

It was a very nice, clean flat and the owners were supportive and kind.

Amazing apartment! Exactly as described and pictured

The flat was as described and provided the space and amenities needed for my long-term stay. The flat manager, Ksenia was very responsive and helpful. I was completely satisfied with my time, stay and experience at the flat.

The flat is great, well furnished and well situated in the city. But the landlord arrived 1h late at both check-in and check-out, which can be a problem for catching one’s flight. Also, the landlord forgot to inform me that the entrance door’s password changed and left me locked outside for a few hours before sending the new password.

Neighborhood
Skvělá lokalita v centru města. V docházkové vzdálenosti spoustu kaváren, restaurací a obchodů

The flat is really amazing and the balcony is even better! Owner is very nice, helpful and professional and replies very fast. RECOMMENDED
