Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Pocházím z malého města na Vysočině, ale od vysoké školy bydlím v Praze a vystřídala jsem mnoho pronajatých bytů v různých čtvrtích. Vyzkoušela jsem si i bydlení ve svém malém bytě v klášteře na Smíchově, který teď pronajímám tady na Flatio, a z vlastní zkušenosti můžu potvrdit, že se v něm bydlí opravdu příjemně. Calm neighborhood and close to the city center. Usually I would just walk there and take the lovely route accross Petrin hill.
