We stayed here for 7 months and Pura was always a friendly and attentive landlord, the apartment is well located 10 min walk to the city and close to the metro and subway. The inclusions are very good with dishwasher and cutlery so coming from overseas we didnt need much.
Pura was always helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had, so we have no hesitation in recommending this location for short or longer stays.

Neighborhood
It's a little bit out of the city(10-15min walk) , which we liked as we didnt have the typical tourist surges in the summer, but we we close enough to get into the city. The metro is 3 min walk up the street and there is plenty of shops and markets nearby. For those who prefer bicycle, the Vanlenbisi hire bikes are located close by and are cheap and easy to use

Recommended places nearby
local pubs in Benimaclet are good and lots of restaurants in the area. a short ride on the metro gets you to the beach which is huge and definitely worth a visit

We spent a great month in Valencia, with the apartment being in a very nice area, quiet, but close to the city center and to many shops and restaurants. Everything went smooth, the place is exactly as in the photos and Pura was exceptionally kind to us and we are very grateful to her, maybe we'll have the chance to meet again!

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is great for living, but also provides good access to the entire city of Valencia.

We would give Pura and 11 if we could. Pura is a super host... kind, friendly and very attentive to our needs. She is straight round to sort out and problems and even had a new washing machine fitted within a day when the old one broke.

Neighborhood
It's a lovely local area with plenty of bars and supermarkets and it's right next to the Vickers park which is a beautiful place to spend relaxing time. It also had easy access to the old town and the shopping area.
