Hi! My name is Bepo and together with my parents & older brother I'm renting out two newly renovated appartments in Zagreb city centre.
We take great pride and pleasure in doing things on our own, so these two appartments were completely designed, renovated and decorated by ourselves, everything from plumbing to the very last decorative detail.
Myself, I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for travelling, having been on Erasmus exchange in Madrid in 2019, and a professional sailor having ran sailboats in Croatia and Greece.
We always welcome exchange students, remote workers, or any type of travellers with great sympathy!
Renting out these appartments since 2022., we always try to keep them looking pristine and make sure to help you with any need you may have, especially if you are new to the city.

The location of this home is absolutely unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city center. Most of the famous landmarks are within walking distance, and everything you could possibly need—from charming cafes to well-stocked grocery stores—is just a short stroll away. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, always responding to my questions within minutes. I felt truly at home and had such a wonderful, relaxing stay here.

I would describe the neighborhood as a perfect blend of convenience and excitement.
Since the house is located right in the heart of the city, the accessibility is incredible. You can reach most of the famous tourist landmarks on foot, so you won’t have to worry about public transport for sightseeing.
The best part is that everything you need for daily life is just a short stroll away. There are charming local cafes to start your morning and grocery stores nearby to grab anything you need.

I loved the apartment, it was perfect for me. Great location, whenever I had questions, the landlord answered quickly. All in all, it was a great stay.
Neighborhood
Very central but calm neighborhood, you get everywhere really fast, and everything is walkable.

Definitely go to Kinoteka, a very cute bar, and the British Square has a market, which is also super nice.
