The neighborhood is convenient and pleasant. Tram and bus stops are nearby, a park is close for walks, and there’s a supermarket within easy reach. It’s a safe and comfortable area.

A quiet place close to tram and bus stops to the city center. Nearby there is a park and all necessary shops, including Lidl open on Sundays. The house is in good condition with new furniture and bathroom. Marin responds quickly and is always ready to help.

The location was perfect for me as I had an exchange program at faculty of agriculture and forestry. The landlord was nice and helpful.

The location is closed to Maksimir park. There are 2 catholic churches in a walking distance. Supernova shopping mall is also easy to approach. It is about 30 minutes by tram from the center

The house was spacious, had everything that was needed, in a safe and quiet location near the tram station and shops. The owner was living next door and always available if needed.

A large neighbourhood, especially with families, very calm and quiet, kind of far from the centre but the public transportation made it easy to travel in the city.
