StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Very central location. Close to subway, train, bus, ferry, and subway. Diana was flexible and quick to respond.

Modern Studio in centre of Lisbon 4C

Overall it's a newly renovated studio. The kitchen, washing machine, AC bathroom and shower are all new.
There's very limited storage space or furniture however other than a clothes stand. Lighting is horrendous and too bright.
The windows are double glazed and provide very good noise isolation to the outside street. However the main door does not have a door seal so you'll hear everything going in the corridor outside the room. Cooking smells as well (there are at least 4-5 studios on the 4th floor).
