StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.
I’ve been welcoming guests for over 6 years and truly enjoy helping them discover the beauty and culture of Nicosia. I work in the private sector and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-equipped space where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
I’m always happy to offer local recommendations — from historic landmarks to the best hidden cafés etc— to ensure every stay is memorable.
Originally from Limassol, I now call Nicosia home and love sharing the unique blend of history, charm, and everyday city life this area offers.
About My Home
My place is centrally located within the Venetian Walls, in one of the city’s most peaceful and character-filled neighbourhoods. It’s perfect for exploring Nicosia on foot, with museums, shops, and cultural sights just around the corner.
