StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hi and welcome!
My name is Juli Kasa, I’m 27 years old and I’ve been managing rental properties for over 5 years. I currently manage a selection of fully furnished apartments in Golem, Albania, perfect for digital nomads, remote workers, and long-term travelers looking for a peaceful stay by the beach.
This is a family business, and sometimes my mother helps me with guest communication and check-ins, so you may also be in touch with her during your stay. We work together to make sure every guest feels at home and has everything they need.
I speak English, French, Italian, Spanish, and I’m always available for any questions, support, or local tips you might need. Whether you’re staying for a month or longer, I’ll make sure your time in Golem is comfortable and stress-free.
Looking forward to hosting you!
Warm regards,
Juli Kasa
