Hi, we’re Sara and Bernardo, born and raised in the Canary Islands, passionate about design, hospitality, and creating inspiring spaces. Together with our family, we transformed this historic building into a boutique-style coliving that combines modern comfort with authentic charm.
Sara has lived in Paris, London, and Madrid, experiences that shaped her love for international communities, interior design, and well-being. She ensures every corner feels warm, stylish, and welcoming. Bernardo, an architect and illustrator, brings his creative vision and oversees the aesthetic and functional details that make the space truly unique.
We love connecting with people from around the world and enjoy hiking, yoga, and any outdoor activity or sport that celebrates nature and an active lifestyle.
Our goal is to offer a place where you can live, work, and connect while experiencing the best of Las Palmas and its vibrant surroundings.
