Hello! We're Nicolás Ramirez and Mathias Schwender, partners in running this unique housing spot in Prague. With over 20 years combined in hospitality, we've managed everything from hotels to community spaces, always focusing on making stays practical and welcoming.
We founded FabLab Nima, a fabrication lab in Prague connected to SomeHowNice in Ghana, where we blend engineering, creativity, and community projects.
As a mechatronics engineer, I (Nicolás) graduated from the EU4M Erasmus program, pursued my PhD in Denmark, and now call Prague home.
Mathias and I teamed up to create something fresh for expats here: not just a place to sleep, but a real community hub.
Our building at Lublanská 44 offers comfortable rooms for young graduates, students, Erasmus participants, and professionals, with shared spaces for co-working, studying, and relaxing together. Website: *****

The landlord communicated well. Some roommates did not follow the cleaning rules, but the landlord always communicated with the residents to ensure order was maintained. All in all, it was good.

All praise to the host for excellent and straightforward communication. Everything was exactly as described, and there were absolutely no issues. The accommodation was perfect, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The host was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
