StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

My name is Sofia, and I am a real estate professional based in Cleveland, Ohio. For nearly 10 years, I have been renting my fully furnished apartment in Glyfada to international professionals, corporate tenants, and relocating families.
This apartment was originally designed and furnished as my own home before I moved to the United States. It is equipped for real, comfortable living — not just short stays — with nice furnishings and practical details that make everyday life easy.
All utilities are included in the rent: electricity, water, fast WiFi, and bi-weekly cleaning service. The apartment is fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, iron, hairdryer, and everything needed for a smooth arrival.
I value professionalism, clear communication, and a seamless rental process. My goal is to provide a reliable, move-in-ready home so you can focus on your work and enjoy the Glyfada lifestyle from day one.
I look forward to welcoming you.
