Fabian S.

Hi! I’m Fabian, a hospitality professional with a unique multicultural background. I am Albanian-Colombian, having lived in Colombia before settling back in my home city of Tirana. My dual heritage has given me a deep understanding of what international travelers look for: comfort, reliability, and local authenticity.

Professional Background

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics (Finance & Banking), I approach property management with precision and high standards. Currently, I specialize in managing premium apartments and partnering with local hotels to ensure every guest experiences a seamless, hotel-grade stay in a private home setting.

Why Rent From Me?

• The Athlete’s Discipline: Before entering the business world, I played professional football for KF Tirana until the age of 21. That competitive spirit and discipline now go into how I maintain my properties—everything must be in top shape.

• Local & Global Insight: Whether you need tips on the best spots in Tirana or want to chat about global trends, I’m here to help. I speak the language of business and the language of the heart.

• Expert Management: My academic background in finance means I value efficiency and clear communication. No guesswork, no delays.

I look forward to hosting you and making your stay in Tirana productive and memorable!
