Welcome to Das Winzer – where Vienna takes a breath.

Das Winzer is a small, carefully curated collection of serviced apartments nestled in Vienna's leafy 18th district – a neighbourhood where Viennese society once came to escape the city and enjoy the pleasures of summer. Today, our fully furnished suites blend the charm of a historic townhouse with all the comforts of contemporary living: thoughtfully designed, warmly decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a truly relaxed stay.

Surrounded by the Pötzleinsdorf Castle Park, the Währing vineyards, and the Vienna Woods – yet just 20 minutes by tram from the heart of the city. Das Winzer is the perfect base for anyone who wants to experience Vienna like a local, not just a visitor.
We take pride in attentive service, effortless arrivals, and a welcoming sense of community within the house. Whether you're here for a short break, a workation, or an extended stay – you'll feel at home from the very first day.
