My name is Irma and I am the owner of this apartment in Colombare, Sirmione, on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda.

I am an architect by training and I personally renovated this flat, taking care of every detail to create a comfortable, functional and welcoming space. The apartment is well-equipped and designed with longer stays in mind — whether you are a remote worker, a digital nomad, or simply someone looking for a quiet and inspiring base.

The flat is located in Colombare, a peaceful residential area just a short walk from the lake and a few minutes from the historic centre of Sirmione, with its thermal baths, restaurants, and the famous Scaligero Castle. You will have easy access to local markets, supermarkets, and public transport.

I am based in Amsterdam but I am originally from this area and I know it well. I am always happy to share recommendations for the best local spots, hidden beaches, restaurants, and day trips around the lake.
