Hello! My name is María del Carmen, but since it's a bit long, I use the shortened form Mayca. I was born in the 1960s and I speak a little English. Although I have a degree in Business Administration, for years my great passion and profession has been Alternative Therapies, a path that has taught me to deeply value well-being, harmony, and attention to detail.
As a host, my absolute priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and completely at home during your stay in Arona. I am highly meticulous when it comes to order and cleanliness; therefore, I deliver the apartment in pristine condition. As a reflection of this commitment to your peace of mind and hygiene, all the bed linens and towels I provide are pure white, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness.
I truly appreciate the technology and cultural exchange that remote workers bring to our beautiful island. ¡Hola! Mi nombre es María del Carmen, como es un poquito largo, utilizo la forma abreviada de Mayca, nací en los años 60 y hablo un poquito de inglés. Aunque soy licenciada en Administración de Empresas, desde hace años mi gran pasión y profesión son las Terapias Alternativas, un camino que me ha enseñado a valorar profundamente el bienestar, la armonía y el cuidado de los detalles.
Como anfitriona, mi prioridad absoluta es que te sientas cómodo, seguro y como en tu propia casa durante tu estancia en Arona. Soy una persona sumamente meticulosa con el orden y la limpieza; por ello, entrego el apartamento en un estado impecable. Como muestra de este compromiso con tu tranquilidad e higiene, toda la lencería de cama y las toallas que facilito son de color blanco puro, garantizando el máximo estándar de pulcritud.
Me encanta la tecnología y el intercambio cultural que traen los nómadas digitales a nuestra hermosa isla. Durante tu estancia de media duración, respetaré al máximo tu privacidad y espacio de trabajo, pero estaré siempre disponible y encantada de brindarte mi ayuda, recomendaciones locales o soporte en lo que puedas necesitar.

I spent a few months in this apartment as I work remotely, and I decided to escape the cold weather in the UK for a while. It turned out to be the perfect choice.
The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for everyday life and working remotely. As I needed a suitable space to set up my home office, it was ideal for me — quiet, comfortable, and a great place to work from.
One of my favourite things is the huge terrace. It’s a fantastic space to have breakfast, enjoy the sunshine, relax after work, or even have a barbecue. I really made the most of it during my stay.
The location is also great. It’s in a peaceful area, but within a few minutes’ walk you have supermarkets, bars, and a bus stop. It’s also very close to Las Galletas, a lovely little coastal town where you can walk around, meet local people, and experience a more authentic side of the area and its culture.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable here. It was a great place to live and work remotely for a few months, and I would definitely recommend it for both short and longer stays.
Una anfitriona de diez. Desde el primer momento se nota el cariño y la dedicación que pone en preparar todo para sus huéspedes. La vivienda está muy limpia, cuidada y decorada con muchísimo gusto, creando un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor. Además, siempre está disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar para que te sientas como en casa. Ha sido un placer y, sin duda, repetiría la experiencia.
Es una súper anfitriona, muy atenta y profesional. La casa está siempre impecablemente ordenada y cuidada, y se nota que tiene un gusto excelente por la decoración y por cada pequeño detalle. Además, está siempre pendiente de que el cliente se sienta cómodo y tenga una estancia agradable, procurando que no falte nada y ofreciendo una atención cercana y amable. Sin duda, una anfitriona totalmente recomendable.
Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Se trata de una persona excepcional, cuya atención y hospitalidad fueron impecables en todo momento. Gracias a su dedicación y trato cercano, nuestra estancia resultó sumamente agradable y satisfactoria.
Asimismo, nos proporcionó valiosa información sobre los principales lugares de interés de la isla, así como recomendaciones de restaurantes y establecimientos de la zona, lo que contribuyó notablemente a enriquecer nuestra visita.
Cabe destacar también las excelentes comunicaciones del entorno y su proximidad a playas, zonas de ocio y comercios, lo que aporta una gran comodidad durante la estancia.
