Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

This is our very first family owned apartment - a small dream come true. Although we're new to hosting, we're excited to welcome guests and help them feel at home. We love nature, good food and hiking, and often spend time outdoors together. Hosting gives us the chance to share the authentic side of Istria, and we truly enjoy making people feel comfortable, relaxed and welcomed.
We're located in Viškovići, a quiet village between Tunarica and Koromačno, just a short drive from Rabac and Labin. The area is defined by green hills, olive groves, and stunning coastal views. You can go biking, hiking, or simply take a walk through the countryside. The sea is just 1 km away, and nearby you'll find beautiful beaches in Tunarica and Rabac, great local food, wineries, and even a few hidden sunset spots. It's perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and authenticity.
