Location is perfect, close to the centre. The ocean view is magicaly wonderful. The house was cleaned and fully equipment. You can cook anything in the house because the kitchen is also fully equipment. We loved the neighbours because they were very kind and helpful.
Close to the house you can find a coffee shop where you can drink and eat some snack.
Front of the house you can find many free parking place. I highly recommend everyone who wants to enjoy the ocean paronama.
We loved to spent our holiday there. Thank you Michel🙏😊

Neighborhood
All of people was very kind and helpful. They are not speaking a lot in English but they understand everything. So many good people living that area.

It's a good price for a single guy, maybe a couple, but keep in mind it is a very basic apartment, and beside a busy road under construction. The photos need to be updated with this information, which surprised me when I arrived. You cannot use multiple appliances or there will be a power outage. The toilet must be flushed multiple times, and there is very little space to hang your laundry. I am a single man so these things did not bother me too much.

Excellent value apartment located very close to the airport for easy transfer, and also just a 15 minute walk to the centre of Ponta Delgada.

WiFi speed is excellent and had no issues working online from the apartment. Apartment is basic, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Some traffic noise because of proximity to the airport, but wasn't a major problem as there aren't too many flights into or out of the island each day.

Electrics tripped a few times when using too many utilities at once, but Michel had talked me through how to reset them, so wasn't a major problem. Would recommend as a place to stay on Sao Miguel, and Michel is an excellent and responsive host.
