I was not satisfied with my stay.
During the last 12 days of my stay there was no hot water in the house. It was not fixed before I left, and there was basically no communication (I always had to ask for updates myself), no apology, no offer of a refund.
I think the house could be well-run and a nice option, but there is a complete lack of organization and communication and interest in taking care of the guests, so all in all I cannot recommend this place.

Ich war super zufrieden und habe neu gebucht.
Es war ja noch in der Vorsaison und der Pool in Reparatur aber das war vollkommen okay.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt.

The guesthouse is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. My room was big and had it's own bathroom. It didn't have a desk, but I could use the one from the terrasse.
The kitchen and living room are spacious. There was everything that I needed.
It was a bit cold ther in March, so a heater would have been nice in the room.

The apartment was in a great location. Bedroom with en-suite was really nice and spacious with the pool at doorstep. Landlord didn’t interfere with anything during stay.

I spent a whole month at the Blue Wave GuestHouse and absolutely loved my stay there. Quiet, green, remote, but still a walkable distance to the city center and the beach (20-30 min). The view from the upstairs room and the balcony across from the kitchen/living room is beautiful (you're able to see the ocean from afar). The place is kept clean and the owner Bruno was reachable if necessary. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pool is a bit older and does not look that inviting, but I mean, who needs a pool when you have the ocean in front of your doorstep?! Highly recommend this place!

There is a very nice All-You-Can-Eat Chinese restaurant that also offers Sushi just down the street called Hongyun. Very nice and super affordable place to eat!
