I can’t say enough about Lucia and this apartment. I’ve stayed in countless luxury hotels and Airbnbs, but Lucia’s place stands apart. She truly thought of everything. The level of care, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness she offers is something you rarely find anywhere.

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described – a true sanctuary in the heart of Lisbon. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable layout to the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Midway through my stay, Lucia even arranged for a housekeeper to come and tidy up, an incredible and much-appreciated gesture.

The location was ideal, the neighborhood safe and vibrant, and the space was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring the city. Lucia was an exceptional host – gracious, responsive, and genuinely kind.

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while offering the comfort and quality of a five-star experience, this is it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Neighborhood
The apartment’s in a perfect spot, just off Avenida da Liberdade, which is basically Lisbon’s version of the Champs-Élysées. You’ve got everything right there.. shops, cafés, restaurants, even high-end stores like Louis Vuitton. But it’s also within easy walking distance of gardens, parks, and scenic spots, so you get the best of both worlds.

Public transportation is just a quick 5 minute walk away. And yes, it’s a little hilly, but this is Lisbon. The hills come with the charm.

What I loved most was how the old and new come together in this area -- historic buildings and quiet residential streets sitting right beside modern restaurants and designer shops. São José Street runs straight down into a lively area full of cafés and theaters.
