House for rent

On Flatio since January 2025

Through the large garden of our three-story house you will be led to the... (smiley) small yard on the ground floor with a separate entrance at the back of the building. You can park in the large or small yard, even out on the street freely. The accommodation area (open-plan living room - kitchen, 2 bedrooms (as long as there are more than 2 of you) and bathroom, 85 sq m., is completely at your disposal. You can work, relax, sunbathe, or have lunch in the yard, under the mulberry tree or pick fruit from our trees. The accommodation area, the "small yard" and the front garden are at your disposal. You will have access to the back garden by arrangement because that is where our dog is.

You will be hosted in a simple cottage in the beautiful Greek countryside.
We will be at your disposal to inform you about the area and to suggest excursions or activities.
We will be there for you if you encounter any problems.
In Ancient Greece, hospitality was considered an act of virtue.
Strangers were protected by Xenios Zeus and Athena Xenia, as well as the Dioscuri Castor and Polydeuces.
There was a divine requirement for the care of strangers and it was considered a sin to treat them badly.
And don't forget that the Greek word "philoxenia" is complex and means "love of the stranger"….

How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
