With 160 m² of built space, this terraced house combines spaciousness, natural light, and a Mallorcan style that instantly captivates. Its 4 bedrooms offer complete privacy for up to 7 people, along with an 11 m² shared bathroom. Baby cots or extra beds can be added.

Mi nombre es Francis y esta casa tiene una historia muy especial. Mi madre, mi hermana y yo la alquilamos por temporadas, y es un lugar profundamente ligado a nuestra familia: aquí nacimos todos. En esta casa vivió mi tía abuela, la mujer que cuidó de mi madre cuando era pequeña y hermana de mi bisabuela. Con más de 200 años de antigüedad y reformada, alojarse aquí es vivir en una auténtica casa de pueblo, de esas cuyas paredes parecen hablar. A lo largo de su historia fue un bar, una barbería, un lugar de partidas de cartas y, sobre todo, el hogar donde mi tía abuela nos cuidó con cariño y nos cocinó cada día platos tradicionales mallorquines. Nos encanta recibir a personas que buscan una casa con encanto, lejos de la masificación pero con buen acceso a todo. Somos una familia mallorquina, nacida en este mismo pueblo, donde vivimos nuestra infancia antes de trasladarnos por motivos personales. Esperamos que disfrutéis de vuestra estancia en esta casa tan típica de la isla, un tesoro que hoy en día ya cuesta encontrar. ---- My name is Francis, and this house carries a very special history. My mother, my sister, and I rent it out seasonally, and it is a place deeply connected to our family—we were all born here. This was the home of my great‐aunt, the woman who cared for my mother as a child and the sister of my great‐grandmother. Over 200 years old and renovated, staying in this house means experiencing a truly traditional village home, one whose walls seem to tell stories. Throughout its history, it has been a bar, a barbershop, a gathering place for card games, and above all, the home where my great‐aunt lovingly looked after us and cooked delicious traditional Mallorcan meals every day. We love welcoming guests who appreciate a charming home, away from the crowds yet with easy access to everything. We are a Mallorcan family, born in this very village, where we spent our childhood before moving away for personal reasons. We hope you enjoy your stay in this authentic village house—one of those rare gems that are becoming harder to find on the island.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
