Hi! We are Natalia and Igor, the on-site hosts of two distinct mountain properties in Gudauri, Georgia. Located at an altitude of 2200 meters in the heart of the Caucasus Mountains, our properties are designed for mid-term stays, offering natural cooling (coolcation), silence, and robust infrastructure for digital nomads and IT teams.
You can rent either the classic Wooden Chalet or the Modern Cottage. Both houses are fully equipped for living, working, and team-building.

1. The Wooden Chalet (Up to 10 Guests)
Atmosphere: An authentic, spacious alpine chalet built with natural wood. Perfect for groups seeking a warm, rustic aesthetic with a fireplace and panoramic mountain views.
Layout: 5 private bedrooms, a massive common living room with high ceilings, and a large dining area for family-style dinners.
Work Setup: Desks in bedrooms for private calls, plus a large common table in the living area for collaborative work.
2. The Mountain Cottage (Up to 10 Guests)
Atmosphere: A modern, highly functional cottage with clean lines and optimized spaces. Ideal for focused IT teams or coliving groups.
Layout: 5 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a smart, open-plan kitchen and lounge area designed to handle the daily logistics of a large group.
Work Setup: Ergonomic seating, bright natural lighting, and dedicated quiet zones for deep work.

We live nearby and are always available to help organize local adventures or provide support, while strictly respecting your privacy and work schedule.
