BortniciHouse Kyiv – a spacious and cozy house for international guests, business travelers, NGO employees, and corporate teams. The house has four floors and a basement, which can be used as a shelter if needed. Guests have access to seven comfortable bedrooms, a large and a small living room, six bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, and the option to arrange breakfasts.

The property features an outdoor terrace, a barbecue area, table tennis, cornhole, and a cozy green yard with a large gazebo for relaxation and socializing. The house is suitable for both short- and medium-term stays in Kyiv, family vacations, business trips, and team accommodation.

We value the comfort and peace of all our guests, so quiet hours are observed on the property after 10:00 p.m.

Welcome package

Your room will be fully prepared for a comfortable stay before you arrive. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and a jug of fresh drinking water.
The hosts live in the neighboring house and personally welcome every guest upon arrival, show you around the property, and help you settle in.
During your stay, we are always nearby and available by phone or messenger. If you have any questions or need assistance, we will do our best to help you quickly and make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Hello! My name is Andrii, and I am the owner of BortniciHouse. My wife, Klavdiia, helps me take care of our guests and the house. We have been welcoming guests to BortniciHouse for over 9 years, so hospitality is something we truly enjoy and know well. We live right next door, which means we are always nearby when you need us. Whether you have a question, need help with something, or simply need advice about Kyiv, we are happy to assist. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
