This level connects to a very large veranda offering wonderful sea views and a sense of openness.
1st floor: On the second level, there is a comfortable, bright bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in closet with a vanity setup. This level also offers access to large verandas with views.
Attic: The attic space can serve multiple purposes depending on the tenants' preferences. It can be configured into a bright bedroom for a child, a comfortable office or a storage space as it has wardrobes. It also features a small WC and its own veranda.
Outdoor Space: A lush surrounding garden, the use of which is not included in the rental.
The rental price includes one free parking space.
Location: The property is located in Lagonisi, near Anavyssos Avenue. It is the ideal place for a couple or a family as it ensures a comfortable everyday life by being in very close proximity to the local market while simultaneously being just a few minutes' drive from the area's beaches.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
