Conducive to relaxation in a very quiet area, Villa Core has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant, private stay with family, friends or alone. Also ideal for teleworking, the house is surrounded by a lush garden with BBQ. Fully equipped for six people, it has a private swimming pool, reversible air conditioning, WiFi and television with international channels. Located in Pinos de Miramar, it is 5 minutes from Miami Playa and 800 meters from Porquerola beach, its restaurants and bars. This attractive one-story villa has a private swimming pool. The garden is enclosed which provides great privacy. It has on the ground floor a bedroom with 2 beds and a wardrobe, a living room with its dining room and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, there is a bathroom with toilet in the corridor. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom and its bathtub.

When you pass through the white gate, you will be charmed by this pretty villa in its green setting, bougainvilleas and giant palm trees will immediately take you away from your surroundings. Here everything is calm and conducive to relaxation. Possibility of parking at least 2 cars in the garden. The villa is very well equipped, there are all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee makers and kettles, steam cooker, hair dryer, etc.) you should not lacking anything, otherwise, I am at your disposal because I live 15 minutes from the villa. A welcome gift for you and your dog (if you have one) will be given to you upon your arrival.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
